I went to see her because I had some bumps on my fingers and foot. My first impression was that she was rude. I started to explain to her the timeline of the bumps and what was going on before I was told to be quiet. She said she knew what she was doing and would check it out. I am not somebody that rambles on and on, I am just used to going to the doctor and explaining to them whats been going on so they can better understand how to diagnose me. A little bothersome when a doctor doesnt have time to listen to her patient, especially since I was the ONLY patient in the office at the time. She proceeded to diagnose the problem and said I had a type of eczema and said with some medicine it would go away. She then told me she needed to do a biopsy and instantly had a form in my face to authorize the procedure. I was very concerned about the problem and put on the spot, I simply asked if my insurance would cover the procedure and allowed her to take the biopsy. It only occurred to me after I got home and started researching my condition that the biopsy was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. Multiple searches taught me that a biopsy was very rarely needed to diagnose my condition. Searches of pictures of the condition looked exactly like what my fingers and foot looked like. I even called a family friend who is a doctor and he agreed it didnt seem right. Im positive that she took a biopsy because business was slow that day. I had to limp around for a few days so she could bill my insurrance company more. I refuse to go bacvk to her so I cancelled my other appointment and took out my stiches myself. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN, SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST.

If I could give negative stars, I would! She is totally unprofessional and very rude. She did not even let me wash my face (with make-up on) before the procedure. Well about the procedure... I DID NOT even know what procedure it was and I was NOT ready. I asked questions and told her that I had to think about it. She refused to answer my questions and put covers on my eyes, and completed the procedure without even giving me details. I cried during and after the procedure and she was indifferent, did not even comfort me. She even said something like "oh I dont know what it is, might be skin cancer". I was totally freaking out and she left the room without answering my questions. I was in tears and chased her down the hall asking questions. She simply told me to wait for the lab result and go home, thats it! I cried all the way home and made all complaint phone calls I could to my primary physician who referred me and the insurance company. Thank god that my lab result was good. This lady (I do not think she deserves to be called Dr.) SHOULD NOT BE IN PRACTICE! Check out all the horrible review on Yelp, people. Stay away from her!!!

This office is a little funny, and the doctors manner can seem abrupt, but she really knows what she is doing and is actually a nice person. She gave me a thorough examination, dealt with a nasty abscess right there on the spot, no hemming and hawing, and took what I believe is a smart approach to dealing with my related skin condition. I was in and out of that office in thirty minutes - on my first visit! The lady knows her stuff. Dont judge a book by its cover, and remember, middle eastern cultures are a little different than ours. Just go with the flow!

Dr. Koudsi is my wonderful dermatologist. She keeps me whole and healthy. She is extremely thorough and professional and an expert at what she does. She has removed several moles from my body which turned out to be cancerous, and sent me to other surgeons when surgery was necessary and more then she could do in her own office. She is extremely ethical and honest, and very straight forward about giving me information. For me, she is the only dermatologist on the planet. I trust her absolutely and am forever grateful to her. This doctor is terrible in so many ways. Dr. Koudsi is aggressive and performs treatment without letting the patient know that it will cost hundreds of dollars. I was prescribed more medications than I know what to do with now and was blamed every time I went into the office for a visit with few results to show. Dr. Koudsi does not listen and makes you feel like its your fault. I will never see this doctor again, nor would I ever recommend her.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This dermatologist - Hala Koudsi (MFC Dermatology) should not be practicing medicine. In addition to having no bedside manner what so ever, she is arrogant, money hungry, rude to her patients, and yells at her staff. A horrible human being, if you can even call her that. She needs to close her doors and just go away. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from her and her dermatology practice.

First visit - very rough but okay results. 2nd visit - she showed up 1 hour late. I finally had to leave and passed her on the stairs chatting and laughing away on her cell phone. The office had the nerve to send me a bill 2 YEARS later, and when I refused to pay sent it to collections! Watch out!

Stay away from this Dr. and this office. I wish I could give 0 star, very rude staff, totally unprofessional doctor and very disorganized office. Check her out on Yelp and the medical review sites as well. She has an incredible amount of lawsuits against her, its unbelievable.

The dermatologist was informational and help me with my actual problem. I wouldnt mind coming back to this office if another problem occurred. If theres any other problems with my skin I would come back to only this location. Thanks for helping me.

This last visit was so much better than our first. Dr. K took great care not to hurt my mother during her procedure giving enough time after application of numbing agent before procedure took place. Thank you Dr. Koudsi!
