I recently moved to Grass Valley with my retired police K9. My partner has been beat up and injured several times over the years that we worked together. I spent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with him and he saved my butt and assisted other officers more times than I can count. I used one vet in Sacramento and changing vets was a bit difficult for me. From the time I was on the phone scheduling an appointment, to the time I entered the office and left, the staff at this hospital were AWESOME. They were knowledgeable, friendly and I know now my partner now has the best vet care in the Grass Valley area. I would highly recommend this hospital and I did not take the decision to switch lightly. A big Thank You to Brighton Greens Vet Hospital from Retired K9 Zar of the West Sacramento Police Department. I brought my cats in for a week while I went on vacation. When I got home they were closed and I couldnt pick them up because they had closed on a business day to have carpet put in, I was there first thing on Monday and I was forced to pay them for 2 extra days. Bad business. I am also not pleased with their ability to diagnose problem with my dog. I feel they are a vet that drains you of your finances with a lot of unnecessary test.

I took my ailing cocapoo here and was treated with such kindness with the problems my dog had. They worked on him trying to figure out what was wrong and kept me in the loop at all times. I did not think at any time I was a money machine and they did tests just to get more money. I had to have him put down and there was genuine concern for me and my feelings. They were wonderful!!!!

Love Dr. Smith and the Brighton Greens staff! I have been coming to this clinic for years and have always been very pleased with the care my pets have received. Prices are reasonable and no un-necessary tests are ever pushed on you. If you are looking for a great vet in Nevada County, Brighton Greens is it.

I have been taking my dogs to Brighton Greens for the past 10 years. I have always received not only good, but quality care for my pets. What I appreciate the most, is they explain (in detail if needed) the treatment they are administering on my pet. My pet is the most important being in my world!
