We had the best ER experience possible at this local hospital. We came in with a medical crisis, were seen immediately, and given excellent care by highly competent nurses and MD. Extra effort was made to provide comfort to the patient and to us as family ( warm blankets for all!) and the team coordinated beautifully with patients home physicians and arranged for a smooth transfer by ambulance to our own hospital back in the South Bay. The ER was clean, quiet and privacy honored. We were treated with warmth and consideration. Wish all ERs could be like this.
