Most unhelpful office Ive ever used. Couldnt get them on the phone for a week and when I did they hadnt responded to my fax or phone message requests. Ended up having to go in person just to get my birth control prescription in a timely fashion. Also got a new job and had a health screening to complete but they wouldnt fill out my health screening form for the visit Id just had 3 weeks ago. Told me I would have to come in again, get a blood draw again... I dont know if they didnt have the right results (which since all the health screening wanted was triglycerides, glucose, cholesterol and HDL/LDL I cant imagine what they did with my blood if the DIDNT have those results) or they are just too lazy to bother to be helpful. Im not going back. Ill drive farther to get decent service.

Dr. King at Irvine Odyssey is both smart and caring. She spent plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. Thats so rare these days when doctors just want to rush you through to get to the next patient... Highly recommend.
