Dr. Turner is the BEST Veterinarian weve ever seen! He knows more about guinea pigs than any vet weve seen in the past. He performed an emergency operation on our guinea pig (bladder stones) and the piglet was good as new! Instead of a six-year-old pig, he acted as if he were a year old (pop-corning, squealing, running around, and fully happy)! Our dog, Roxy, has been seeing him since we took our piglet in. She was supposedly suffering from "pancreatitis" but Dr. Turner did a full ultrasound on her and found that pancreatitis wasnt the diagnosis whatsoever! He gave us some pro-biotics (for dogs) and shes good as new. Why go to any old vet when you can go the best in the Central Valley?

Dr.Turner is rude and should retire. He doesnt believe in pain medication and his hospital should be investigated by the board. People only think he is smart cause they dont know what he is talking about. He talks about owners behind there back and tells there animals there bad when they dont do what he wants them to do. He is rough with peoples beloved pets. He believes he is the best vet around but really is not. He is pretty much the only exotic vet clinic around and thats all he has going for him. Dr.Turner treats his vet tech with no respect and like there idiots which they are not. I trust his vet techs more then I trust him. He needs to move over for a new vet to take over.

Ive been seeing Dr. Turner for 4 or so years now. He really is an amazing person & vet. He has always handled our pets with great care and love. My mother also switched to him after I raved about him and is equally satisfied. He personally will spend time explaining what is happening/happened to your pet instead of just handing you a bill. You can tell he truly cares about the animals well being with just how he interacts with them. I moved to Stockton 2 years ago and still will travel to Lodi for the care that he and his amazing staff give to me as a client.

He was the only vet I could find in a 100 mile radius that truly specialized in turtles. Many vets say they will take them, but dont actually know how to recognize and treat illnesses in them. Reptiles are unique and he absolutely understood them.
