Just terrible customer service. I brought my cat for a vaccine scheduled appointment, and when I arrived they said theyd run out of it. Fine. They said "we can schedule you for the next day, we ordered it already, its on its way". Came back next day: "oh, were really sorry, the vaccine arrived yet, would you like to reschedule your appointment?" Are you serious? People are busy, and have other things to do. Thats why appointments exist.

I called and ask if I could give rice to my dog that has an upset stomach. They refused to answer. The only answer Ive got is you have to bring him in. Bring a dog in for having a upset stomach ones is redicules. That hospital is all about getting money and they dont even know what medecin they are giving my dog. They dont even know when Im there what he got last. Its so bad I would not recommend this place.

While Banfield isnt as fancy as the Adobe Pet Hospital, we find their wellness plan very convenient, especially when we are traveling. Last christmas we had to take her to another Banfield in VA and it was great to have the plan travel with us. If you do bring your dog to this location, Dr. Cotton is very attentive and thorough.

I have a 12 year old Scottish terrier. Hes a love in every way, but turns into a panicky, bitey demon at the vet. Knowing he needed a tooth removed, I signed up for the plan and havent regretted it yet. They take special precaution with him to ensure that he is as comfortable in an uncomfortable situation as possible.

I have a pug and Im with Banfield Mountain View for almost 2 years now and Im always happy with their service, prices and what theyre doing. The staff is always friendly! The opening hours are great. And its convenient that the clinic is in a petsmart store.

Hated the place. The vets are very unprofessional and really push the overpriced drugs/vitamins from in-store drug store. Try Adobe Pet Hospital about a mile away, much better.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism! I had to wait because of an emergency with another pet and they gave me a $30 gift certificate! Smart people!
