Excellent vet. I own a pet care business with over 600 clients on the Eastside, I have seen them all (we often take our clients pets to the vet for them, so Ive been just about everywhere). I switched my pets to Loyal Companion and Dr. Miller a few weeks ago, two of my pets have visited so far and I am quite pleased. They are thorough, the Dr. takes the time very clearly explain what hes doing, why hes doing it, and to outline all of your options as a pet owner. He takes a conservative approach medically, looking to supplements before heavy meds, and he takes the time to educate you as a pet owner. In addition, his entire staff have proven themselves competent and extremely kind and comforting to the animals. I was impressed that his clinic has handled my extra-large aggressive dog and my Jekyll/Hide cat gently, and with compassion and skill. I did not tell them what I do for a living so I feel confident that any client should get this kind of amazing service here. Hats off.

WONDERFUL vet! The clinic is very clean and I much appreciate the little kiddy area for the little ones to be preoccupied as you attend your other "child" in the examination room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and empathetic to your pets. Dr. Miller is amazing -- so kind and diligent and extremely knowledgeable. Hes very clear in his explanations and honest in his opinions, and he doesnt try to squeeze you for unncessary procedures or tests. Never had trouble getting an appointment, even a last minute one for an emergency. Highly recommend LC, even if youre outside of Redmond. Its worth the drive!

Hands down, best place to take your dog for continued care! Dr. Miller was really compassionate and thorough with my GP. Unfortunately I lost him due to CHF, but if I do get another dog, be rest assured Ill use these guys. Out of all the vets Ive been to, he was the only one who took the time out to actually check the dog inside and out regardless of reason I was bringing him in for. AND at a lower rate than most other vet practioners in town! They also have a great network with the surrounding clinics and he was first to call me when he found out my dog had passed to give his condolences. 5+ Stars!!

We were looking for a new vet clinic and decided to visit here after reading all the great reviews it has received. We were truly happy that we found this vet! The caring staffs were really nice. Although the exam room we were in was a little small with a 97-lbs dog squirming around, the common area was really clean and spacious. Dr. Miller spent almost an hour in the room with us, examining our pup and taking the time to explain the conditions and possible treatments for him. We love this vet clinic and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vet.

This is one incredible animal care facility. Drs. Miller and Smith, along with their very caring and capable team are number one in our book. Our 16 year old cat received wonderful care as she battled both age and illness. We could not have asked for more sensitive, professional support than was afforded both our pet as well as ourselves during our difficult time. Highly recommend this outstanding veterinary service.

My dogs love going to the vet because Dr. Miller and his staff are extremely friendly and are fantastic with my two dogs. The receptionists are extremely polite, accurate and follow up after surgical visits. Dr. Miller explains everything in a way thats understandable and makes his clients more knowledgable about their pets. Loyal Companian is truly the best animal clinic I have ever come across.

Excellent doctor and staff, as well as reasonably priced. The visit started with the assistant brushing and soothing my cat. At that point I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommended. Also, be sure to ask about the online coupon to get half off your first visit. After the discount, the price is even less than at discount Vets - such as Vets for Less.

I loved taking my cats to this place. The Vet is extremely nice and will sit down with you to explain what is going on and will go over all of your options/prices. The assistants were also very friendly.. and seemed to really care about your pet. Unfortunately I moved too far away to trek my kitties here, otherwise Loyal would still be my go to vet.
