Completely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment to have a growth removed from my dogs back leg and they set the appointment in a few weeks time for 7:45am to drop him off and said they would call us back with an estimate of the cost. We never received a call with the estimate like hey told us and we called them 3 times asking for it only to be finally told the day before the appointment by a very rude lady that the doctor would give it to us in the morning and we were hung up on! I arrived promptly at 7:45am and asked for the estimate and was told the vet would be right out. After waiting for 20mins I was finally told the vet wasnt there yet. When the vet finally arrived she looked at my dog for all of 10 seconds and said it would be a 15min procedure. Another 10mins of waiting and they produced an estimate for over $800 for a 15min procedure. We left without having the services done for that price. If you want to charge $800 for a simple 15min procedure that is your choice but follow thru on what you say you will do. Dont wait to till the last minute to show your fees and dont be rude to customers!

Weve been taking our Alaskan Malamute to Dr. Rice for a few years now. We first saw her based on word of mouth, which says a lot about how good she is. Shes great with our girl--she is patient and kind, but importantly is also super efficient and gets to the heart of the matter at hand without being thoughtless or rude. Shes helped our girl so many times and provides excellent individual attention to her and has great communication with us. We also love that shes a holistic-focused and trained vet who advocates (or at least isnt adverse to) raw diets.

Overpriced. Took my dog in for a cough. The vet tech was very rude and the vet pretty much blew me off. They gave me antibiotics and nothing else. I ended up going to another vet, who did xrays and found my dog had a mass in his abdomen. It was cancerous, and would have been caught much sooner had this vet not blown me off.

Ive coming here for over 15 years and have had multiple surgeries/teeth cleanings etc. preformed on my dogs. The cost for each procedure has always been at the lower end of the regional average. They are one of the last independent veterinary hospitals in this area!

The team at Issaquah Veterinary are personable, friendly and truly understand how important our animals are to our families. The care that they provide exceeds expectations by providing an environment you and your animal can feel safe in.

Some of the best veterinary care my pets have had since Ive lived in Washington. The Vets really listen to your concerns and provide great treatment at reasonable prices. The only reason I stopped going is because we moved.

They seem to care only about money not about the welfare of the pet. They pushed products, told me that my dogs teeth look great but we should start pro cleanings. And the bill was double of what I paid at my prior vet.

We have been taking my dog her for years I love their honesty and patience. Last time I had to bring in my 1 year old twins. They went out of the way to help me navigate my difficulties.

Love the vets here plus they are more inclined toward using naturopath healing if possible. Have been going there for years.

Searched for a vet. Finally found one that I can trust. Well priced and compassionate staff.
