I cant recommend Oakbay Chiropractic highly enough! The chiropractors there have been extremely helpful for me. They truly know how to assist their patients to live healthier, more pain-free lives, with increased mobility. I was a relatively new patient, receiving wonderful care, when I was in a car accident; rear-ended when I was stopped at a traffic signal. Dr. Mylo Magtoto quickly assessed the injuries I had, and between he and Dr. Romo, my ailments were 100% resolved! Dr. Mylo has also given me simple exercises and stretches to do on my own, which, with the chiropractic care, have relieved years of morning back pain, and help me throughout the day, every day. In addition to more traditional chiropractic adjustments, at Oakbay Chiropractic, all of the doctors provide "Active Release Technique" for muscles and soft tissue. This strategy relieves tension and muscle tightness, and helps the adjustments last longer. The care accident caused me to have very uncomfortable sciatic pain from muscles tightening down on nerves. By the conclusion of my post-accident sessions, not only was my neck, upper back, and shoulder pain resolved, my sciatica was gone as well!

I came to Oakbay Chiropractic with a back problem. I had severe pain in my lower back that radiated down my hip and left leg. The problem was so intense at times that I could not walk from my car into the grocery store without crying out in pain. After several sessions with Dr. Mylo Magtoto, I was a new person. After the initial exam, Dr. Mylo, knew what the problem was and proceeded to fix it with chiropractic ministrations. He was gentle when I was in so much pain, careful not to aggravate a serious injury before x-rays were taken, which confirmed his initial diagnosis. Later, when it was evident that healing was taking place, I was given instructions about certain exercises to do at home that facilitated sessions in the office. I know this saved me time and money. I cant thank Dr. Mylo and Oakbay Chiropractic enough for all the help I received in dealing with my back problem. I am totally free of pain, now, and able to resume all my former physical activities. This place is amazing! From the friendly, informative receptionists to the chiropractors you get a comfortable, pain relieving experience. I first went in for a cure for migraines. Although there isnt a known cure, Dr. Vermas adjustments made a difference in the frequency and intensity of my migraine spells. I went to Dr. Verman after my surgery for ACL reconstruction. The adjustments definitely assisted in my recovery amd helped me to get back to playing sports within 6 months! I am now a regular and each adjustment makes me feel as new as the first. I highly recommend OakBay to anyone with similar issues as mine!

Ive struggled with back problems and migraines for years and the doctors at Oakbay have helped me so much! I rarely get migraines any more (as opposed to 3 times a week) and when my back acts up they know exactly what to do to get me back on track.
