It might sound corny but they really care about you here. Its right in my neighborhood convenient where I need it and the care Im getting is solid. Im saying that from experience of going to a few other places where I felt like I was rushed in and out and they could never get my blood pressure under control and usually made me feel like it was my fault. Here they listen to me and changed my medicine and I actually feel welcomed when I come. Plus they made sure I got a referral I needed. Only thing is sometimes they have students here - I used to request no students (bad experience at a hospital before), but last time I allowed it and I actually liked it that they do teaching. Anyway if you dont like that just say so. If you want care thats personal like family I think youll love Roots.

I took my friend here to help translate for his immigration i693 exam. They were nice and explained everything and they got it done fast. Also the prices are good (I called a lot of places) and they made it easy. I found out they are also a clinic for people without health insurance so I made an appointment for myself and have been going there since. I am very happy with the care I am getting. Its like a private doctors office, not like the other clinics Ive been to. Everyone is nice and friendly from talking on the phone to seeing the doctor!! Plus they work with me and make it affordable.

This clinic has the worst system ! My mom made an appointment for an immigration exam and the day of the appointment they said that they couldnt attend her so they made her do another appointment for next week and they said the same thing the second time she went. They made her get a shot that she didnt even needed. Also the woman at the counter was very rude. And dont expect to get results quickly they take long time, Compared to other clinics.

First experience was the last. Made an appointment a week in advance. Traveled 1 hour to get to there, arrived 15 minutes early. Only to be asked if I could come back the next day. No! I wont be going back.

try calling there good luck. Seemed to be staffed by idiots. If they cannot use a simple phone you expect them to properly deal with your paperwork???? YOU are responsible for THEIR mess ups. NOT THEM.

Some of the nurses are very nice and helpful however the next half doesnt know how to take you blood pressure. Seriously I could have took the instruments from the lady and checked my own Vidals.
