Partnership is the absolute WORST health insurance provider Ive ever had the displeasure of being stuck with. Their prescription approval process makes the end of EVERY single month extremely stressful. Worrying if they are going approve your prescriptions every damn month, with zero warning when they decide, seemingly arbitrarily to deny your prescription, led me to just stop using them. No amount of money is worth the systematic torture they force on their patients. I feel for all the people who are unable to pay for their prescriptions and are beholden to this poor excuse of a health insurance provider. Nothing like having someone with no medical degree sitting behind a desk somewhere who has never even met the patient, nor the doctor, dictating your healthcare. Its infuriating, really. I do find it especially funny though, that the quack running it thinks hes some kind of hero.

My experience with this company has not been good. they deserve no stars for the prescription practice but that is not a choice! Do not knowingly choose this insurance. If you need brand name drugs they make you fight like you have never fought before, especially if you have epilepsy. While they have great customer service and all the literature states they want their patients to be healthy, their practice doesnt prove that. We had to fight over a month for my daughter to be authorized for her medicime. Now we have to go to battle for the second medication. Too much stress. I never thought I would say this, but kaiser has them beat!

When I called I was severely distressed because my new doctor was not adequately providing for me needs. I had actually been in tears due to the situation. The representative found a new doctor for me and arranged for a new health card top be sent to me.... I appreciate the help so much. Thank you for all of your help. You are awesome! Thank You.
