This is the worst clinic I have ever been to in my entire life, and I hope I never find one that is worse. I could write a novel about how disorganized this place is, but I just want to say here that NP, Kim Lebiavant forgot to call in a necessary prescription for me before she left on what I overheard her calling a "glamorous camping trip" and it had taken me calling the center four times to try and get this prescription. I still dont have it. Honestly, I think my best bet is to make an appointment at another center, get registered there, and go through the whole process again to get my necessary prescription. My expectations of how horrible the service is here was exceeded. Please, whoever is reading this: save yourself a big headache and dont go to this clinic.

This place was very poorly managed, and they accept too many patients to get them in and out quickly. The doctor at their affiliate (Rumford Medical in Berkeley) said I could just "drop in" for my final immunization. This was not the case--even after I called ahead--since they had a very long line. I had to book a new appointment where they lost my name on the list and I ended up taking two hours there for one measles shot. These clinics really wasted my time. Id recommend against visiting this clinic or its Rumford affiliate on Sacramento St in Berkeley.
