Wish I could give zero stars. Staff are kind but seem busy chatting instead of working. Making an appointment is pointless because they will never see you on time. Once I waited over 2 hours past my appointment time even though I arrived a little early. This time I showed up even earlier but have still been waiting past my appointment time. Im just here to get a shot. I think they let walk-ins take appt times based on arrival or something. Total crap. also, the little window to place the urine sample already had 4 cups in it. Isnt it supposed to be empty for each client?!

Tried to make an appointment for ANY day this week. I spoke to Lucy at Planned Parenthood Miramonte (miraloma?). She seemed irritated from the moment she answered, cut me off as I was speaking, and didnt fully answer my questions. Not sure what the deal was, but when youre making an appointment at Planned Parenthood, dismissive and borderline rude attitudes are exactly what you DONT need.

0 star for their staff, they are not working hard, everyone waited more hours. They are busy with them self. We have appointment for 9:30am and it is 11:30am we are still waiting. I asked from others they are also unhappy from this, not good service. I hope the management department review the comments and solve the problem.

Came in for a check up and the MA Jassmin was so incredibly kind, caring and knowledgeable. I hope she stays with Planned Parenthood for a long time because she is exactly the reason I trust, support and rely on this organization.

The times I had appointments here Ive waited more than an hour almost two hours of wait till I will be seen possibly the worst clinic Ive been to its ridiculous.
