On Tuesday (3/22/16) my sister took her dog in for an appointment. This was an extremely important appointment for her dog since weve been from Doctor to Doctor trying to figure out what is wrong with our dogs allergies. My sisters dog can be a bit aggressive because she is protective of my sister. So my sister had a muzzle on her already and asked for assistance in bringing the dog down to the office. My sister called ahead and explained to them how our dog reacts and if anyone was there to help. I was on a business trip so I could not help. When my sister arrived one girl helped, and had her place another muzzle on our dog. My sister said her dog was now really scared and started crawling under her car. As my sister walked inside, thinking that her dog was following her like she normally does, a lady from inside started yelling at my sister to come get her dog, the ladys name was Carol Loutzenhiser, and was extremely unprofessional. I personally do not appreciate the way she yelled at my sister and treated her like she was a child. We will not be back to this clinic, it was our first and now our last time, and thats because we were referred to them in the first place and how great they were. If they want to keep their reputation, they need to remove Carol from any contact with humans and keep her strictly with the animals, even then if she yells at humans she most likely yells at pets as well. Maybe she just needs to retire. We are professional educated adults and we do not appreciate or tolerate this unprofessional behavior.

Im a little upset! Testing on something other then what we were there for & only to find out AFTER the fact & with a extra charge for something I would have never agreed to had I known they were NOT testing what we were there for. Then continued to sell me medication she no longer needed when she tested negative. Completely off focus & with an "additional $130" completely unneeded & that I would have said NO to if Id known what they were doing. I was there for one reason, one concern. I was completely shocked when they brought her back with skin removed from the opposite end of my dog, that was not my understanding when they took her & I expressed my surprise when they brought her back, that is not what I thought they were testing. So I am a little upset having to pay all that extra money testing something I would have never agreed to had I known what they were doing. After Knowing thats not what I agreed to testing it would have been really nice for them to not then charge me for it. $400 Later...
