Be careful when you deal with this person Rose Rousseau. When I first met her she was rude. She did not want to speak to me. Over all she can be nice or at least so it seems, but she cannot be trusted (basically she might be faking her niceness.) Bring a witness with you to ANY medial or dental appointment no matter where you go. It does not have to be all the time. When I first went to Molina, Rialto it was a very low population of people waiting in the room so why did I have to wait approximately 2 hours if it was not crowded? They do not have good customer service. Who is the blame for this ? However, I am not saying that all people here are bad. Update : I believe her last name is changed to Callender

My mom Margarita Viera a molina patient. She has been mistreated by doctor because the doctor didnt manage your her health and she gotten worse. Transportation has been horrible because wait been hours and also taken her to wrong facility time of the appointment.

wendy the front office receptionist was very good.she was polite welcoming and on top of her job.she was well spoken in explaining material and clinic appointment booking.she was courtious when giving driving directions to the clinic to us.keep up the good job molina with wendy.

This place is horrible, dont ever go there, it took me a month and half to get an appointment to see a doctor then they called me to tell me the doctor quit. Then u go and wait and wait for hours to see anyone.... Horrible place dont go
