I paid almost $400 CASH (NO insurance) for exam & blood work. I was told to call back in a week (Probably had my results the next day 3 days TOPS). First I emailed about my blood work which I got no response. Called and was told they would call me back, never did. I called again & that time they said I would have to make another appointment for my results which is $25. Why should I have to pay more to find out possibly everything is fine? If the results are abnormal than I understand having the patient come in & speak with the Dr. obviously they will need additional treatment. If they are normal there is no reason to have a patient come in. This place will not tell you over the phone one way or the other. They tried to say it was because of HIPAA which is pure horsecrap. They could have called me, with the information I provided them & asked that I verify my ss #, address, etc.. & given me my results. They want to milk you or your insurance company for every penny is what it boils down to. If this is their policy to come back in for results why didnt they tell me that upfront or schedule that appointment while I was there? My paperwork did not state this policy. Had I been made aware I would have went to one of my regular doctors. Very frustrating experience. So easy to say money comes & goes when its not coming from your pocket.

After reading reviews I visited the Rapid Care Clinic. Experience: 1) First off, many reviews state that Robert Gaimaro is a medical doctor...he actually is a PA-C (Certified Physicians Assistant working under an actual M.D.). 2) the office cleanliness was above average for Vegas (Im a 23 yr resident). That being said its not sparkling. 3) Wait was minimal, about 20 mins after paperwork. I had 2 visits. 4) He spent about 15 mins the 1st visit and 5 mins the second. The 2nd visit was a $175 "glad youre doing well...". He was nice and seemed experienced. 4) Prescribed "Naprelan" a $70 non-generic. Later realized Naprelan is Naproxen Sodium...identical to Aleve except 750mg & time released (kick-back?). Conclusion: For general needs I would go back. For specialized concerns, he is just a referral service...which is what a general practitioner (family doctor) is any ways. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because i like the concept and wait was shorter than most. PS, Please tell them to correct the spelling of Stanford (not Standford) on their website.

Dr. Gaimaro is a very good knowledgeable kind doctor which I have nothing but good things to say about him as well as the nurses, but the other lady doctor, which I dont know her name, is just straight up rude. I took my sister there to just get her results from her blood work and she came at us in a very disrespectful bad attitudes. She had the results in her hand but she didnt want to tell us the results. We told her if she can at least just tell us if everything came out fine but she just kept giving us an attitude and did not want to tell us the results for the simple fact that my sister did not have her I.d. If she needed her I.d then why did they even let us in the first place without asking for her I.d when they already got her on file? As a human being we have every right to know how our health is but obviously not with this doctor.A very horrible lady that does not care about anyones health in general. She needs to get fired asap and I hope whoever reads this that has the power to do so should take a look at her. Shes messing with peoples health!

I Love this place! For a long time I had no insurance, and this place, this doctor, Gaimaro; very understanding. One time I came in with a furious fever after having been sick for a few days, right as they were about to close. I was given a shot to bring my temperature down and a prescription for strong NSAIDs and codeine cough syrup. That was over two years ago and Dr. Gaimaro is still my doctor. He carefully takes my medical history into account and gives strong medical advice. Knowing Im a bit of a hypochondriac with occasional anxiety issues, he adds in something positive about my health with every visit. Always asks how Im doing with the anxiety and if I need any prescriptions refilled. The staff is cool, too. A great mix of personalities and always friendly demeanors. Sometimes I do have to wait a bit, but Ive never waited as long as any visit Ive ever had to an ER. I dont know what these negative reviews are on about. Check this place out if youre in need of a new clinic to visit!

i wish i used my $125 on a doctor concerned about their patients. i just moved here so not sure where to find that. the doctor didnt even bother speaking to me my second time in.. he sent in the nurse for my results.. she told me to see another doctor with no given recommendation and she couldnt even explain my ekg results. when i left she said have a nice day in a rude way. on top of that i looked up my results online and a good doctor should know that even healthy people get PVCs. i have been taking adderall for bulimia for four years.. if it were dangerous it would have killed me already.. i guess they think its healthier to throw up your food four times a day. they didnt even bother to have me try a lower dose or something similar to adderall... but the first time i went in they were so nice.. it was hurtful how careless they were my second (last) visit.. but this is our world and im use to that!

Was in Vegas on vacation and had been treating what I thought was a cold with over-the-counter cold meds and was only feeling worse. Decided to look for a walk-in clinic and chose this one. The staff was very friendly and even though we had trouble with my insurance and had to make two calls to them I was in and out of there in an hour and the waiting room was full when I arrived. Dr. Gaimaro was very thorough and prescribed meds for my swollen sinuses. I filled the prescriptions and within an hour I was beginning to feel better and could breathe easier. I am so happy I chose this clinic. Thanks Rapidcare for having such a great staff.

I HATE going to the doctor, but after reading the great reviews, went to see Dr. Gaimaro. First, William, who greeted me was so friendly; then the doctor listened to my problems, which Ive had for a year with the legs getting scaly and skin coming off (I thought I had skin cancer and was afraid to see a doctor about it.) Two creams healed this problem in a day, and the whole experience was unlike any other time Ive had treatment--an actual user-friendly office!! What a healing atmosphere they give at what a great price--cant get any better than that.

I setup an appointment and waited two hours to see a doctor for an ingrown toe nail only to be referred somewhere else. My biggest complaint is being told the medications prescribed were needed when one of them was an anti-inflammatory. I ended up paying $90 to find out later I could have just used ibuprofen (which I wouldnt have). I was also told I would get a physical when I setup my appointment. When they said I was all done and I reminded the doctor, he said he would check that that was part of my appointment and never came back.
