I would give zero stars if I could. I could understand everyones bad review . Id have to agree . Waiting for ever even with appointments. We were sent here by another Dr. For the third time. My wife had a small cyst that needed to be treated. Came here last Friday with an appointment at 930, the assistant didnt apply numbing gel or the Dr didnt when they said they will so it wont be too painful. Then Dr goes on without numbing gel start poking the needle into my wife . The pain I had to see my wife goes through. Then Dr said he cant treat it . Has to be surgically removed and said they would contact us with an appointment . Its Monday still no phone call. I called to ask only to get rude person answering your call. All I have to say is if your coming here just pay attention to what they are doing . They seem not to care about their patients.

I have been there two times. The wait time is bad. It takes between 30- 45 mins to be seen by a doctor. And thats just sitting in the waiting room, you sit for another 20 once you are called in. I went about two weeks ago I was having a severe eczema out break and the doctor stated she couldnt prescribe anything and that she would refer me over to a dermatologist and that the approval itself would take about 10 days. I just called (its been more than 2 weeks) and the Rosario (who takes care of the referrals stated the doctor never submitted the referral! Are you kidding me?! Rosario was helpful enough to get the referral sent over in less than 5 mins. Shows me just how much the doctor cared for my well being.

I went three times. All the first two times I waited over three hours for myself and my children to be seen. The third time I went in was because my 12 year old daughter had three different shots in her arms and had broken out in angry red rashes on both arms that almost completely covered her upper arms. And no, she did not have reactions to the shots. They gave the shots to her wrong! Then nurse who administered the shots even admitted the he must have done something wrong because he had had this problems twice over the previous two weeks. This place is not just slow or have poor customer service. It is in fact dangerous. Do not go. It is unsafe.

Horrible service every single time, I dont know why they havent changed the staff in this office they only make it worst always fooling around gossiping and the front desk girl Rebecca is by far the rudest of them all, always answering the phone with attitude and taking over 20 min on hold just to make appointments and if you have any question she is just rushing answering so fast with attitude, I dont know why the doctors take so long to see you every visit has taken me a minimum of 3 hrs even with appointment to be seen for 10 min smh

we stop going to this clinic because the girl at the front desk had the worst customer service that Ive ever experience. the first time I thought, shes probably having a bad day,but the 2nd & 3rd visit it was the same all I said to this girl was if you dont like what you do for a living, you should look for an other job...

Sadly I had to put a star, in my personal opinion this is by far the worst clinic I have ever seen! The staff is just rude!! They dont know what the hell they are doing and half of the time they are gossiping and not working. I would rather drive for hours to go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

staff is amazing and the only reason why I kept going to this office but every time I was left in the room waiting for the doctor I was looking at a minimum of an hour wait.

WORST OFFICE EVER, MAYBE ONE OF OUT THE THREE GIRLS THEY HAVE WORKING THE FRONT IS ACTUALLY NICE. POOR SERVICE I WILL BE CHANGING MY CHILD PROVIDER ASAP
