I have been going to this clinic for a little while when I was pregnant and I liked it at first my experience with the nurse Shantel was great, the place is very clean. I didnt have any issues up until my son was born, the male nurse that does my son shots is great I dont remember his name, its the receptionist that are rude and the wait time is ridiculous! I came in with an appointment for my sons 2 month old shots and we ended up waiting 3 hours and there were really any people in there to be seen. And the next time I came for my son because he had a 102 fever and the receptionist told me my sons medical wasnt active and they wouldnt be able to see me and I would have to pay for the visit, I ended up taking him to the emergency room instead and they said it was active and fully covered ! Ridiculous and neglectfull

If I could write this report without putting any star I would unfortunately I cant ! This is the worst clinic I have ever been to the nurses are the worst they are rude and quite frankly I dont think they know what they are doing!!! The receptionist should be changed (FIERED) every time I have been there its the same Hispanic lady shes extremely rude and always seems to be mean mugging people the Dr. Is always in a rush for you to leave she doesnt know how to explain her self good and I have had to report them before for negligence on important refurals I am so happy that I will never have to come to this clinic again and they should defenetly not be able to deal with pregnant ppl they are not friendly compltley rude and angry women !THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!!

I had to report the nurse with my insurance she was so rude and out of line asking me to watch her husband for her where i work.. She didnt seem to care i had my daughter with me and continued to curse and use inappropriate slurrs.. Then they go to the next room and talk about their patients.. Which by the way is a hipaa violation this place needs to be shut down or replace all the staff and conduct random staff activity checks.. The way they speak to their elderly patients is ridiculous.. Ive got so much more to say but i advise instead to go somewhere else..

Very bad place give us an appointment for ultrasound in the morning then they told us thats the ultrasound is not working they are trying to fix it then after half an hour I asked them again is it fixed they said yes then another 15 minutes past i asked them again when are we going to do our ultrasound the they said sorry is not working I can reschedule you or you can go to our other office. Bad place dont go there bad customer service they should close that place

Metropolitan Medical Clinic has the best Doctors and Nurses also Receptionist are always happy and out going. The only problem is the car park. All the shops should be in a Mall. and the Car park. Should be outside the Shops Like the Metropolitan shopping Center The West Field Shopping Center should have a POST OFFICE. up at the Carindale shopping Center. located inside the new section of the CARINDALE SHOPPING CENTER ON LEVEL ONE OR LEVEL TWO. Ive got to say I know having drs appointment doesnt mean that will been seen right away but waiting 2 hrs and still waiting is horrible. Not even an apology thats there backed up . All we got was Dr will be with you shortly. Whats the point of having an appointment for . I wouldnt recommend making appointments when all they do is pretty much go in order with who comes first

They never want to help people and that is what they get paid for. They are rude and unprofessional, ooo... and the service is slow I hope you dont have things to do you could be in there for 3 hours or more. You could be sitting in a room for over 45 min just for the doctor to see you and he is only in the room for no more than 10 min.

Man, I think some dr. Here just in hurry to be done with their patient... they just dont think. On prescription they forgot to put the strength of the medicine I need to take... and edc.. they should know that meaning but they put wrong due date... my papers are on front of you, my God. And theres a rude receptionist... smh

Laura Randall is the worst nurse practitioner I have ever dealt with she was rude and rushed my whole visit then said I was irate when I was just trying to explain something to her.....never again
