You ever go in here for a DOT physical, make sure you clean out all lose items. The doctor with the big ass glasses caused me a job offer by claiming he seen some type of bottle in my pants. I didnt understand why he even asked me to lower my pants too my ankles in the first place. Then he sticks his hands draws and chains he saw something. I asked him what and where did he see it, and got no response. I swore up and down that i didnt bring anything inside with me. Thanks a lot for costing me employment.

This clinic is controled by workers comp insurance companies, i got discharged from workers comp back to work while i still have not recopurated,and it seems like my injury might be permanent now im struggling financially since i cant go back to work, if you happen to be in the same situation, get a lawyer right away because the insurance company will give you many excuses why you cant change your primary treating physician,and then you will be strugling like i am after you get discharged.

I didnt have any problems and was out in about 1 1/2 hrs. People were friendly. Show up when they open at 8am to beat the crowd.
