Worst treatment ive ever received. They tell me to bring my 2 sick children for a walkin visit. After waiting nearly 2 hours and getting vitals taken and recounting all of the various symptoms, they tell me that their "providers" have not time to see my children. This facility really needs to evaluate their processes in regard to walk ins. If your providers are booked DONT TELL PATIENTS TO COME! Now i am faced with the decision of keeping my kids out and driving to another facility full of sick people or taking them home to rest and hopefully improve with no medication or treatment. This is rediculous. The staff should have let us know upon arrival that there was no room for walk ins. Unless they are seeing another more worthy patient instead of us. I dont know where these standards come from, but this is horrible. Im hoping to switch insurance providers as soon as possible an never return here!

Worst experience EVER, this OPEN ENROLLMENT REFRAIN FROM MOLINA MEDICAL. I always get treated insignificantly, and degraded upon, specifically by Dr. ALI and NP Renattie, Martin. They LITERALLY use WEBMD to diagnose and treat, mind you he did it in front of me. And, the NP, is on her High Horse, and was to quick to walk away after EDUCATING her on my Crohns Disease, literally a joke of an establishment. Already submitted complaints to medical board of CA, I would suggest yall do the same.
