The staff is always rude, unclean environment. I went in a few times in the course of a few months for my 2 yr old son who was suffering from asthma reoccuring respiratory infections and even pneumonia, an Asian doctor named Christine seen us for an ear infection but while in the room instead of hearing my concerns she was interrogating me about my home environment and my mental health accused me of "making my son sick" and making suggestions that she would call cps, it was so devastating bc my son was ligitamentally sick and not getting better, and othe facilities treated us with respect and refered us to many specialist, but this particular Doctor made me feel scared to bring my son to the hospital when hes sick, it hurt my feelings, I am a great single mom live with my family, and am employed and have college degrees, this treatment was completely out of line

I have always been treated well at the Urgent Care. I went today saw the Doctor, I got my throat cultured right away, my prescriptions called in and I was in and out in 25 min. Also, my Doctor was Christine Vo and was very nice to me. As far as being clean, it is very clean! Compared to Riverside Medical Center or Corona Regional the staff and Doctor at Riverside Medical Clinic Corona were not rude and very competent. Lastly, ever since they changed the primary care physician to Dr. Kostova my experience there has be good. She is wonderful and caring. I am sorry that others have felt like this Urgent Care wasnt a good fit for them. You must remember not everyone will perceive their experience in the same way and may find a better fit elsewhere. That is totally Ok. This was just my experience.

My dad was seen here once over a year ago. They drew blood and ran a bunch of tests on him. He made several appointments with them to get the results and the appointments were made at a time that he couldnt go because of work or cancelled without him knowing. We called to get the results over the phone after a year because he went somewhere else where he was told that he has heart problems. They still wouldnt help him. I think if someone has heart problems they should be reached right away right? Well thats not what they think. Theyll sweet talk you when they know you have insurance because they will charge the insurance as much as possible. Dont go here. They are Rude and condescending.

We went to the Riverside Medical Clinic in Eastvale last weekend, but since we live in Corona and to go for a follow up we tried this one. What stark contrast; Eastvale was super clean, really friendly and fast. This place was dirty, unprofessional, uncaring and rude!!! Save yourself the heartache and get food care at the Eastvale site off Limonite.

Horrible. Waited over an hour and still wasnt seen. Wasnt crowded at all, still took forever. Gave up and left for another urgent care...

I found the staff helpful, efficient and my wait was rather quick. Not a fancy clinic for sure, but worked for me!
