Dr Miguel Garcia was completely rude to my mother - we walked in and he was sitting in front desk. My mom asked him how much consultation would be and he didnt even bother to look up. He just said "$35" We then proceeded to agree that wed like to be assisted since this was our first time going there - we asked if we needed to sign anything or do we just sit down and wait - He then got very upset and began to mock my mother in a different language. He kept saying "mama" (which means mother in Spanish, my mom speaks fluent Spanish) and was saying a ton of gibberish. I thought he was just being a funny guy so I laughed thinking he was just being friendly until he began to lift his voice and acting very upset. I then said "excuse me? What exactly are we supposed to do to get examined because Im not feeling very well and id like to get examined." and he looked directly at me continuing his gibberish. I then asked for his name and he walked up and left the front desk turning his back to us - the male nurse was there and told my mom that he was just messing around with you guys "dont take it personal" we then proceeded to explain how a doctor should take his patients seriously and not mock them or talk in different languages. The patients then mentioned how theyve been sitting down watching TV for more than 4 hours - we decided it would be best to visit another doctor that isnt disrespectful to the clients. His name is Dr Miguel Garcia and he will be reported and sanctioned for his actions. Im not the only patient that experienced this. Thank you for the experience. Terrible Service. This guy Miguel Garcia is very rude. Supposedly he is the "Doctor Assistant " he doesnt even look like it. Him and the lady called Maria are terrible. They dont know ethics or how to treat people. Terrible servico, por favor no vayan a esta clinica. Ese señor gordo que se llama Miguel Garcia "supuestamente" es el asistente del doctor y el encargado de la clinica, no tiene modales para tratar a la gente. El.y una señora que se llama Maria son bastante groseros. Yo Nomas fui a recoger los resultados de un examen para inmigration de.mi esposo y no tienen idea de las vueltas y el tiempo que nos hicieron perder. Jamas volvemos a esa clinica. No pierdan el.tiempo en ir alli. Los doctores nunca estan nomas lese señor Miguel que se hace pasar por doctor y no sabe ni lo que esta haciendo.

The wors Clinic please!!!! never go there is terrible !!! My husband was there last Monday waith for almost 7 hours to see the doctor today come back for result hes till waiting is 3 hours is wors!!! Es la clinica mas horrible que visto mi esposo Paso consulta el lunes y llego desde la 9am y lo pasaron hasta las 4:30 de la tarde hoy fue por los resultados de los exámenes desde las 2pm y ya son las 5pm y sigue esperando la verdad es un mal servicio no la recomiendo por nada

Very poor service. They do not care about you. Waited 4 hours and the only doctor was late 2 hours. Once the doctor arrived, he kept going outside to his car to grab snacks. Muy mal servicio. No les importa la gente. Esperamos 4 horas. El doctor llego dos horas tarde. Y una vez que el doctor llego el doctor salia por comida a su carro.

Miguel García trata a las enfermeras y a los pacientes con la punta de el pie.es prepotente y arrogante. Siempre tiene mal humor.aparte nisiquiera es doctor.solo es asistente medico. Los otros dos medicos son muy buenos.lastima que solo vienen una vez a la semana. También la secretaria Maria y las enfermeras.hacen muy bien su trabajo con los pacientes.

Even though the waiting is very considerable, I really like this place, Mr García knows even more than the drs in Kaiser, which I used to have. They even charge less than other clinics in Fontana. Ppl please, going to a dr office isnt like going to the store, yes we pay too but even going to emergency or urgent care will take a long time for us to be seeing, and walked out with tylenol or ibuprofen, or if you have a stomach ache with peptobismol..

Even having an appointment at a certain time you still wait forever you never get requested referrals on time and also takes forever to get called and they arent nice over the phone and when it come to Mr. Garcia seems to be BIPOLAR at times aswell he isnt very nice with patients and always rushing in the consult because he is always late, work and professional ethics are forgatten at all times.

Dr.Garcia was a very good .once you tell him your complaint he knew right away whats wrong with you...the only problem with this clinic is they will you waiting for a long time... it will take them 2 hours only for lunch break..why keeping the patients waiting???

I came here to get my ears looked at 2 weeks ago. I went to other clinics and they could not resolve the problem. After my first visit at this medical clinic two weeks ago I have not had any problem since. This is the best medical clinic in Fontana. Thank you Dr!!!

Ive been a patient for a long time and Ive never had a problem with the doctors and workers. They are friendly and clear with everything that needs to be done to me in a professional manner. I would recommend this to anyone! their spanish is really good too

I had gone for a physical check up and the Dr. who saw me was really thorough he took his time with me and did not rush me out. The staff that did my blood work was friendly. I would recommend. Clean organized place.
