Waited 2 months for an appointment (Blue Shield). Arrived on time to a full waiting room. When doctor was asked how long the wait would be he said "I dont know". What kind of a doctor is this? Does he think we dont have anything better to do? Asked the receptionist to call me when the doctor had time for me and I did not receive a call. Do these arrogant doctors think all we have to do is wait around for them so they can make money off of us?

We have had Dr. Kramer for the past 6 years or so & he is such a wonderful doctor! He really cares about his patients. He is willing to do whatever tests that need to be done to figure out what is wrong. The staff is always friendly & willing to help with whatever they can. Its hard to find a good doctor that treats you like a person & not just a number. Dr. Kramer is awesome!!

Dr. Kramer has been my doctor for several years. Hes very attentive and compassionate. He listens to whatever my concerns are and doesnt hesitate to make referrals when needed. His staff is awesome too, very considerate and friendly. I highly recommend him.
