Second time I have been in there. Im not a fan of having my eyeballs touched, so I asked the doctor to be aware of it. Last year, he was cool, worked around it. This year, he yelled at me, told me that he wouldnt give me a prescription, that I was going to go blind and that if I refused his suggestion, my insurance wouldnt pay. Threats, intimidation and high pressure sales on glasses. If thats what you want, this is your place! Perhaps its time this doctor retired? Poor people skills, unprofessional and just plain rude.

I have had nothing but problems with this office, they gave me the wrong contact lens prescription, overbooked my appointment time and when I went for my followup appointment they asked me if I wanted to reschedule because they were running late. Every experience has been frustrating and a waste of my time. I ended up going to Costco and paying for another exam to get my lenses because of all of the delays and hoops here. Use your time and insurance elsewhere!

Took my lunch for an appt at 12:15 - when I get there they had a schedule MISHAP but I could start filling out my paperwork.. when I asked what time I will be seen, they said about 1:00 - really??? NO that is not ok..then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule.. lol NOT

I have been going here for about 6 years and I have never had an issue. They are always professional, and they always answer all my questions in a friendly manner. Will continue to go here until I can get Lasik!
