Seems Line Breaks are Ignored for Google Reviews, the clustered text wasnt my intention. --Short Version of review-- Totally recommend this place to everyone!, they are fast and friendly and the price is just right, was in and out for my exam in 19 minutes! Price without insurance was $164 out the door($142 - Exam & $22 - OptoMap Digital Retina Photo). Make sure you print out their Patient History Questionnaire and fill it out at home to save yourself some time as this can take some people up to 10 minutes to fill out so having it filled out beforehand can save your visit a lot of time! The Patient Questionnaire is located on every page of their website except the About Page and is a PDF File. ---> Full Review<--- I know Im going to come off sounding like everyone else and very generic but seriously though, I also Highly Recommend this place for everyone! Naturally its by appointments only(for those that may be wondering that.) I went in for an exam only, appointment was at 8am, was outta there by 8:19am. For those that may be curious for costs without Insurance but dont wish to call them (like I was.... I have tons of anxiety when talking to anyone non-familial no matter the medium), as of my visit on June 2nd, 2016. It was $142 for the exam, and then you have a choice for the retinal exam(I think thats what it was called.) You could go with the Free option of them dilating your pupils and checking your eye that way, though this could add anywhere from 30-40 minutes addition to your visit since it takes time for your pupils to go from normal to Huge Saucer Size! (lol) , Or take another much faster and more fancy OptoMap method for $22 extra where they take a (crazy) High Resolution digital photo of the back of your retina and it takes like 3 minutes to complete if that. And thats it for the costs. I was going to get my girlfriend to help me buy frames but due to her heart attack (Visual, NOT a Physical Heart Attack... Trying to be funny here people! ^_^) at the prices, she had me go online to get my glasses (she had me use eyebuydirect and zinnyoptical , they are generic brands, kind of like how theres generic brand Tylenol and Benedryl, same deal with these websites, which explains their prices and such.) That said one thing these websites needs is your "Pupillary Distance (PD)" which EyeOptics didnt provide on my Prescription Card(no fault to them), but its totally understandable since childrens PD numbers can change rather often/quickly as they age so its not something that can be trusted overtime depending on how young/old the child is, however for Adults, this number will most likely not change at all for months/years. Though this number is easy to obtain if you have a basic ruler with millimeter measurements on it, easiest to do with a partner, its just the distance from the dead center of one pupil to the other in millimeter measurements.) So if you plan to go this route and are an Adult(not young adult since your body isnt totally settled in yet, so 20+), you should ask for this number as well from them before you leave from your exam. For children, if you plan to get your frames at another optical business or store(like walmart, costco, etc), they staff at those stores will take this measurement there, but if you go the online route, youll have to measure it yourself, which is Very Easy and it could be a fun little activity for you and your child as well!!! Anyway sorry for this crazy long and verbose explanation but I just wanted to get my thoughts out in as most detailed of a manner as I could. And as in the short version of my review, to make your visit as fast as possible!! Make sure you print out their Patient History Questionnaire and fill it out at home to save yourself some time as this can take some folks up to 10+ minutes to fill out so having it filled out beforehand can save your visit a lot of time! The Patient Questionnaire is located on every page of their website except the About Page and is a PDF File. Thanks for reading my review! I hope this was helpful to some people.

Excellent. A special "Thank You!" to Dr. Yorko. I came to the office with some slight changes to my vision. My eye exam was great. No distance correction. Only a recommendation to update to a 1.50 reader. Dr Yorko highly recommended that I do an opti-photo. It was an additional cost, but she went over what can be identified. I decided to go ahead and do it, and 15 minutes later, when she was reviewing the photo she found what she thought was a retinal detachment. She called my healthcare provider and got me in for an emergency exam Ophthalmology, and 5 hours later I was meeting with a surgeon. In order to save my vision, I needed to have surgery within the next 48 hours. 48 hours later I was in Retinal surgery. It has been 4 weeks, and I am still recovering, but if Dr. Yorko had not talked me into those photos, I would have been blind in one of my eyes. Thanks to her excellent healthcare, and her prompt action, I will recover. She called me yesterday to check on me. It is just one more demonstration of her excellent skills in treating her patients.

Recently visited Eye Optics in March, 2016 for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my visit. Everyone (including the receptionists, the doctors assistant, and especially Dr. Andrea So) was exceptional. The personnel in this office provided great customer service and were extremely professional. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the offices and the modern eye equipment they utilized. Dr. So answered all my questions to my satisfaction and she competently explained the results of my eye examination. I would highly recommend Eye Optics to anyone searching for an optometrist. Kudos to the Eye Optics staff! Keep up the good work.

I have been going to EyeOptics for my routine eye care for many years and have always found the service extremely good. I most recently saw Dr. Andrea So, and found her exceptionally thorough and extremely clear in her description of the eye exam and my issues. She identified the beginnings of a cataract, but explained that no surgery or other correction was needed at this time. I especially like the OptoMap retinal exam/camera and the information this particular tool provides. It costs an extra $20-25, but provides a digital image of your retina that can diagnose macular degeneration and old images can be compared to current images to look for any subtle changes.

A co worker of mine recommended this place. I have had my eyes checked in a ton of different places but this place was, by far, the best experience Ive had. Christy was super friendly and professional. This was the first time I decided to try contacts, and Rachel spent over an hour helping me put them in for the first time. I never thought I would look forward to an eye appointment! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Curtis and her staff are the friendliest, most informative and professional of the many eye clinics I have been to during my life. Each yearly visit I am so impressed with the personal discussion of not only my eye condition but of me as a person. It is like our conversation continued from the previous year. I would highly recommend this office as the place for your eye care center.
