I would highly recommend NOT going here if you can. There are some pros: -availability: I can usually get an appt if I call in the AM for a same-day sick. -staff: have always been polite -referrals: the Dr has been great about referring us to appropriate specialists in a timely manner. But there are a lot of cons: -wait: there is always a long wait. Today for instance, my appt was at 4, we showed up at 340pm, went in at 411 (which is particularly early for these guys) but didnt get seen by the Dr until 515. The Dr was done seeing my twins at 532, thats 17 mins between the both of them for their 18 mo physical. This is the 4th time our wait has been over 1 hour long (I told myself if it got to this number I would write a negative review). -Drs bedside manner: the Dr lacks any personality. He comes in, says, "Hi," asks some questions and thats it. He has hardly ever acknowledged my children, very rarely has smiled, and Ive never heard him laugh. The longest he has spent with one of my children has probably been about 15 mins. Besides that, today was the last straw with this clinic, they nearly double vaccinated my children! The Dr did catch the mistake, but the nurse had the needle in her hand! I am personally done with this clinic and will not return!

I wouldnt recommend this clinic to parents who has questions and are wanting a decent answer to why their child is sick....because youll just be disappointed. Several times when my husband and I took our son to this clinic, the doctor was so clueless. He just nodded his head and and told us what we knew already. He is not very personable and you can totally tell that he doesnt really care. Another annoying thing is the wait. I usually get there 10-15 minutes early, but we dont get seen until waiting at least 20-25 minutes after our appointment time. After youve been called to go into the room, you then have to wait at least 15 more minutes to see the doctor. The location is convenient, but the service is no good.

They hardly answer calls to schedule appts Ive called 6 times in one day...Previously I had to leave a voicemail and they called back 2 days later. My kids were with this clinic before a few years ago and weve experienced a long wait,Dr.Arevalo is no good with kids. Dull and seems like he just comes in and in a rush to get out. I was not pleased with the visit,it wasnt thorough and I would definitely not refer this place.

They suck! They charge you for things that they dont do at the time of the appointment. The doctor doesnt care about the children. He just dont care! For a regular check-up I think its alright but if you one they have or need a real help for your childrens be prepared to get a kick in your ass. They wont help you and Im not talking about money Im talking about super advise and being friendly

My kids are sick so bad and they dont even want to see my kids do to no opening schedule . I wait and wait now my kids are very sick. I went to the ER my kids and find out pneumonia. I was very disappointed to this office. Wish they can do something better kids with Emergency kids they should see first. No good service and to their patients.

I have been bring my kids here for many years. Ive never had a problem with any of the doctors that my kids seen. Yes I think they can figure out a plan for answering the phones better but we also need to realize that they get so many calls a day so sometimes we need to leave a message. It happens its life.

I had an appointment and I came before time but its pass my appointment but they didnt call us people coming after us being called first because they speak their language its suck. Changing the doctor not coming back....
