Unfortunate. The beginning of our experiences when our kids began going here was great. Things have changed not for the better. Its over booked, even for emergency, or need to be fixed asap teeth. Weve checked out without being acknowledged of my son having a problem in a tooth and a prescription that was noted whe we checked out but never were given nor acknowledged of the prescription til a week later. Unfortunately my son can not receive treatment their for sensory issues, and other obstacles but nonetheless should not be treated any less nor half a** our sons treatment in what turned out needing to be referred to the WORST surgery center I have ever dealt with, and for my child!!! They refer you and you do all the foot work, calls which yes to a certain point is ok to do but not when dealing with people who arent wanting todo there job. Its been now over a month since trying to set an appointment up at their referred surgery center in Stockton. And yes hes gotten all the clearance within the week he left kids smile. Stockton dental surgery center for kids and this kids smile has been a horrific process to go through.

Absolute worst experience ever. Not only did the staff read an account note over the phone to someone that did not have access to my childs account, they also Embellished what was actually written in the note and added their own personal interpretation creating an unnecessary dramatic back and forth for me with said person. To add insult to injury they tried to charge me twice for the same dental work and then I found out afterwards that I was overcharged for the work done and was never notified. When I called and brought the excess of charges to their attention I was offered an account credit instead of just refunding me what I overpaid. 6 month wait times and long office visits dont help. Will be taking my kids elsewhere.

They are very good with orthodonics! I have braces and they are doing a good job! The dentists there are nice, trustworthy, and funny! And when they are finished with dental cleaning, the give the kids a bag with a new toothbrush, and toothpaste. And, they also give kids a balloon! In the waiting room, there is a play room, where kids can play or watch kid appropriate movies such as: The Little Mermaid, The LEGO Movie, The Lion King, and more! I LOVE going to the dentist for a check up, or a braces appointment! And every time you go for a braces appointment, you get to CHANGE your brace color if you are board with your old colors! This is why I rate Kids Smile Dental & Orthodontics for 5 stars!

I decided to have my daughters braces put on through Kids Smile. After scheduling her first appointment to have her braces adjusted, I realized that I needed to change the appointment. I called about two weeks before the appointment to change it. They told me the next available appointment was over a month from the date she needed to be seen. So, Im going to pay them over $200 for that month & she cant even be seen? I would of given another office my $5,000 if I knew this was the kind of flexibility this office was going to have. I wanted to write this review just so others know this before signing the papers & giving them your money. I wish I would of known.

Do not go here for any orthodontist work. We have been trying for five months to get my sons retainers because his teeth are so crooked they cut into his bottom lip . We have been trying to get a retainer but every month that we go in for an appointment there is always an excuse about something broke or it wasnt delivered on time and they never told us in advance before the appointment was canceled after we got there. We signed a contract and they have taken out over $1000 from our account and we still do not have anything. Please if you want to save time, money, and frustration find someone else.

Ive been here a handful of times over the past year. Most of my experiences have been great. I had a bit of miscommunication issue with a previous front desk receptionist but the management handled the situation and was great. Weve came in on emergency visits (which were the same day appt) as well as regular visits for braces and overall been a good experience. The only "downside" we have recently is having to wait a month and half for an appt unless a spot opens up earlier.

Took my 3 children in for a visit, ages from 9,3 and 2 years old. At first my little one was a little scared with it being her first time seeing a dentist. Dr. Arif was very professional made her safe. I love the way the whole team welcomed us and made them feel comfortable. Ladys in the front greeted us friendly and knowledge us right a way. Back staff was very friendly as well. Was over all happy with my visit. Great team!!!!!

Im surprised at all the bad feedback on here. I have not had any problems with kids smile. They call to make sure we are still going to be there for the appointments. My son took well to the his appointment and hes five years old. He surprised me and the dentist. We are satisfied with kids smile and I had just made appointments for my other three kids but at the new office.

This place is like wait club. If you find a seat in lobby, you are lucky. It is always full. They never on time. We have to wait at least 30-45 mins just for regular checkup. I guess they dont even watch their appt. callender. Staff is very nice and helpful. I have no complaints against any staff, but whoever is scheduling appt. they need to fix their services.

If you like sitting 30-45 mins past your appointment time EVERY visit, this is the place for you. The people and facility are nice but the are NEVER on time. Ive been here a total of five times between my two children and today will be the absolute last. I dont have hours to spend waiting at the dentists office.

Horrible!waited almost an hour for my appointment!after the cleaning I was told my child needed treatment for a few cavities and was given an appointment 5months out for fillings!not to mention staff was rude when I asked for a sooner appointment!do not recommend this dentist to anyone!

Every time I come they always make excuses to why they take so long. The last time they cancel my appointment without letting me know and when I when in they wont see my kids any more. Really bad service and the dentist are not good with kids. Will never take my kids there again.

Work done is adequate however the staff here all have arguementative attitudes and tend to lecture every time we come in and their receptionists are clueless.
