Very Poor Experience. Dr Sathappan fooled us knowing that we were new to USA and can be easily fooled. She misguided my wife and then billed my insurance company for an office visit. My wife had gone to collect the X-Ray report for my daughter. The report result was negative and the only thing needed was for the clinic to hand over the report to my wife. However, Dr Sathappan asked my wife to meet her and told my wife that she will not charge for this visit since it was she who had wanted to meet my wife. My wife never came to meet the doctor. She only came to collect the x-ray report which was negative. Later, when my wife called the doctors office, she was initially not allowed to speak to her directly and later when she spoke to doctor, doctor flatly refused and said that we need to pay. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DR MEENA SATHAPPAN TO ANYONE AS SHE IS A CHEAT AND ONLY WANTS TO MINT MONEY FROM CLUELESS CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NEW TO THIS COUNTRY. SHE IS A DISGRACE TO HER COMMUNITY AND PROFESSION. SHAME ON HER.

Dr. Sathappan is one of the best pediatricians Ive been to. Shes very knowledgeable in her field, caring, polite and respectful. The staff could be a little more organized, but Im definitely sticking with this pediatrician for my daughter.
