Hillcrest Optometry is a proffessional, friendly and thorough office. I was delighted with Dr. Phans modern technology which made my visit with him quick and easy. He explains things so well and never seems in a rush. The only thing that took me a long time was picking out my frames, they have so many to choose from!! But the women in the office helped me out so much it was a fun experience. Thanks
