Ive been going here for a few years now and while normally I get great service from a very personable optometrist, my last visit didnt go so well. The optometrist, a gentleman I had never seen before, couldnt take his eyes off his lap top. Im sure its a new program they use to enter the info into my file, but seriously man, look at me at least when you ask me a question. That being said, the gal and guy who helped me pick out my glasses after the appointment were great. The gal gave me welcome advice as far as style, and the guy kept me laughing while I was getting fitted. I was pretty hungover so it definitely was nice to get some friendliness to round out my trip. Ill be going back, but might be asking for a different doctor than the one that helped me last time.

I loved their service from the start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, open and were very professional. The eye doctor I saw was fantastic knowledgeable and made sure I left completely satisfied. George helped me at check out and did an outstanding job, he was very knowledgeable as well and helped me pick out an awesome pair of ray bans. Im surprised I wasnt recommend this place earlier since my tricare insurance covers the eye exam and discount on frames. I hope a lot more military dependents that have tricare give it a shot since there are wonderful and make sure you leave happy!

Excellent experience. Learned about this place from a former employer who has been coming here for years. I got fed up with the unprofessional service and atmosphere at LensCrafters/Eye Exam 2000 in Mission Valley so I had my last pair of glasses made at this office. When it came time for a new pair, I was happy to see that they are an approved provider for exams also. This time I can tell that my prescription is going to be right. And if it isnt, they will remake my glasses for free. Everything went so smoothly that the exam and ordering new glasses took about 1/3 of the time that it usually does for me.

Dr. Ben Moshe has been my trusted optometrist for decades, since I was a teenager; even when I lived overseas, I would schedule an eye exam when I was home visiting. As his business and experience has grown, his pleasant, professional and caring manner has stayed consistent and is always welcome in this age of rushed medical care. Today was another appointment in which I was greeted warmly, listened to, and received excellent care and customer service. Thank you Dr. Ben Moshe, and to your staff, and to George, one of your fabulous opticians, who has helped me pick out my last few pairs of beloved frames.

I love Dr. Moshe. Ive been going to Newport Optometry for 8 years, and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Moshe is really careful about making sure you have the right prescription and contacts. They have a great selection of frames. Ive even bought frames there, and had them call my eye doctor here to get my prescription. And Newport worked with me, offering to ship me my glasses once they were done. They also work with a local company for contacts, and I love those contacts. I have not been able to find them anywhere else. Heavily recommend Newport Avenue Optometry

I went to Dr. Ben-Moshe for a regular eye exam and to have a form filled out for the DMV. He was so friendly and helpful. He filled out the form no problem. The exam was quick but thorough. He even gave me great advice for the future of my eyes. I would recommend all my friend & neighbors visit him for eye care. The doctor was amazing and the rest of the staff are just as sweet! Ive never walked away from an appointment where I get my eyes dilated, so happy and relieved. If you need glasses/contacts/eye care Dr. Eli Ben Moshe at Newport Avenue Optometry is the man!

This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in assisting you in choosing the correct eye glasses needed. I have never had an eye exam before and I had my very first eye exam here with Dr. Blanc. It went very smoothly she addressed all my concerns and questions during the exam. I was in and out pretty quickly. I could not have asked for a better first eye exam experience. They also have an awesome selection of frames.

Dr. Eli Ben Moshe was very kind on replacing/ordering again my sun glasses from last year for free. I accidently order them transitional so they were not black while I was driving back home everyday from work so I didnt use them all year. He replaced them for free even duo it was my mistake and sun glasses were a year old. . I been their customer for 7+ years and my wife and 4 daughters love their customer service.

I have been going to Newport Avenue Optometry for over 15 years and have only great things to say. Dr Ben-Moshe is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. His eye exams are very thorough and he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well. As I frequently lose sunglasses, they are great at helping me pick out ones that fit right and are stylish too.

Newport Avenue Optomentry is the best eye doctor in San Diego County! Their hours are convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, the doctors are helpful and always understanding of concerns, they explain things so you can understand what the issue is, and I can get in at a moment notice if I have a problem. I love them and I know you will too! The staff and doctors are awesome!

Newport Avenue Optometry provided a first rate experience from my initial interaction with the front desk staff to my eye exam and preparing the glasses. This included working with my insurance company to fix imperfect glasses I received from a different optometrist. I am now just waiting to receive my progressive lenses, which they make in house. I am a satisfied customer.

Dr. Johnson was wonderful. He was so attentive and sweet. He had this positive attitude and great energy. Store is nice and neat including the bathroom : D Fast and effective service. They validate the parking across the street. I highly recommend this place for anyone searching for the optometry
