So i had previously deleted the review because my husband insisted we give them another opportunity , how ever my 4 girls had appointments for today march 31st and we called to verify what time the appt were at , surprise surprise !!!! THEY CANCELLED MY KIDS APPOINTMENTS! Per the Yelp review ! Shows how professional the person in charge is. So to upper management if someone doesnt CALL you to cancel a appointment you definitely shouldnt do it just because u dont like the review Yelp is about personal experience and me having a bad experience the second time around still lead to me giving you guys a third try. Maybe it was personal since I said your staff was incompetent and didnt greet my daughter and I even after we waited around last time so we left. Now I feel my first review should have stayed up. So much for giving a business second chance.

I am not a vain person by nature. I am however concerned with my overall health and this is why I selected and have used the health and diagnostic services of Dr. Goldsmid and Dr. Langford of Arena Eyeworks. Yes, they have a nice, high-end (quality over price) selection of frames, and their team is well versed in asking the most critical business, lifestyle, comfort and care questions to guide them to make the best lens solution from many options and features. However, it is the time take, the care offer and technologies they employ which gives you a sense of an overall health exam, not just an eye exam. You may know of someplace better, but I have not found it. And, I have looked!

This was my first time going to Arena Eyeworks, so I was unsure of what to expect. I looked them up on the WEB, and found their Website. I was able to schedule my appointment ON-LINE....How great is that! When I arrived at the office I was VERY Impressed, the place is Beautiful. It just got better from there, the Staff is very professional, Equipment is Top of the Line, and Dr.Langford is THE BEST ! He is the kind of Doctor that you are "At Ease" with and you can tell that he GENUINELY Cares about you and your comfort. I would reccomend them HIGHLY !

My teenage son and I both had an appointment this week. Loved it. The experience was easy, the staff was great and the facility was clean & modern! Most importantly Dr. Langford was able to spot an issue with my son and create a great plan for correcting it! I felt confident in what he was saying and knew that it was something that needed to be addressed! The office staff went out of their way to figure out how to use both of my eye insurances to make sure that we get the most out of the visit! Thanks for being great!

Since I was blind for 6 weeks, I guard and cherish my sight. Arena Eyeworks has taken superior care of my eyes for many years. They are the model of professional excellence. While every staff member is capable and knowledgeable, Im always delighted that Im treated with the highest level of respect and kindness. Even though I could trade services with clients who are optometrists, I prefer to pay for the superior care I get at Arena Eyeworks. It just doesnt get any better than the service they provide.

Arena Eyeworks is a top notch facility. State of the art equipment, comprehensive exams and a phenomenal staff! Dr. Castiello was personable, informative and took great care and time with my eye exam. Carlos has a great eye (no pun intended!) for choosing frames that complement your face and vision needs. As an added bonus, they offer a great selection of coffees and teas while you wait!!!! I am recommending Arena Eyeworks to all my friends and look forward to my next visit.

Plain language, full explanations and listening to your concerns and questions are a natural part of their interaction from the receptionist to the Doctors. Gina was a life saver!!!! My son was on spring break from Ok and had one contact fall out(of course he didnt bring any extra or his glasses). He has not a common Rx and they were able to get him a trail pair!! The staff and personnel at Arena Eyeworks are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I have received the greatest in eyecare that anyone could ever expect. The office itself is dynamic and modern. The equipment they use is as modern as is available. It is a great comfort to know that your eyes are in good care at Arena. I highly recommend it to all.

The facility is very nice and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding my vision and my options for eyeglasses and lenses and they were very accommodating. I received more help and information from them than I have anywhere else and ended up with the perfect glasses.

I have been using Arena Eyeworks for years now and found NO other place to take care of my eyes like Doctor GoldSmid and staff. They help me pick out my glasses making sure i have a perfect fit , and that i can see perfectly well. And i would definitely recommend it to other people!
