Where to start? This highly unethical optometrist tries to upsell you on everything. Want an eye exam? good luck trying to get out of there without being pressured to buy all sorts of other stuff. Moreover, their frames and lenses are highly overpriced. Why is it that the out of pocket copay for a pair of frames and lenses here, even when covered by VSP insurance, comes out to be more expensive than a comparable frame at Sears, Costco, or Pennys without insurance? Not only do they make you wait, they dont know how to keep an appointment, only to take it. I went in to get a contact prescription. Unlike any other doctor, they make you come back for a second visit to make sure the fit is correct. Well Ive been wearing contacts for 20 years and you can tell after 15 minutes whether the fit is OK, I dont need to waste another 90 minutes trying to get in for another so called appointment. Nonetheless, I came back in for a contact appointment 3 weeks later, but after waiting 75 minutes, and the receptionist unable to tell me when I would actually be seen, I left. They would not give me my prescription! But here is the worst part--because I wouldnt buy any of their overpriced contacts, they billed my insurance for them ( 2 boxes) even though I didnt get any. This negated the free frames I was eligible for the next year. I didnt discover that they billed my insurance for two boxes of contacts until 9 months later when I went back to my old optometrist for an exam. I know it is hard to find a place that has a decent selection of glasses that also takes VSP in this neighborhood. But, unless you want to get totally screwed over, AVOID!

I have used this office for a few years and have always had great service. Maybe I am just lucky but the prescriptions have always been great and I have an astigmatism with a high value for nearsightedness. When my frames break, while under warranty, they are quick to get them fixed. Again maybe I am just lucky or maybe people just naturally like me :-) . The frames I have have lasted 4 years before giving in, thats with children attacking my glasses and with everyday use. I am just about ready to get some new frames and will go back.

DONT order glasses from here!!! I should have read the reviews before I ordered my glasses from this office. The staff is rude and incompetent. They dont call or have order of glasses ready when they state. Ive gone three times to pick up glasses that were stated to be done 4 day pass. Each time I was told my glasses werent ready. The staff told me I would be called on three different occasion when they would be available. I was never called. Dr. Fishberg was friendly and professional during my eye exam, but his staff is terrible.

I have been using this place for some 20 years now, but Ive decided to switch. The last several times I had to wait for over an hour. I had an appointment yesterday, and after an hour wait there were still four people in front of me. The lady said that this is how the doctor schedules his appointments. So its actually on purpose! I made another appointment today. Ive been waiting for an hour and the doctor is not even here yet. So yes, if you have plenty of time to waste, this doctor will be perfect for you.

This place sucks the appointment times arent organized, the place is completely unprofessional the staff are rude, the doctor currently in the office is rude has bad B.O. and never changed his same shirt being worn the past three days in a row back to back per visit I had... And in my opinion This place should be shut down due to having Patients personal information laying around the office in cardboard boxes. Do me a favor and shred my file I wont be returning ever...

Dr. Fishberg himself is extremely rude and I have never been treated by a doctor the way he treated me. He definitely does not have good bedside manner.....However, his staff there is amazing....and so helpful & kind, they are the reasons I stay! I made another appointment w/ Dr. Yu who is only there on Fridays and he was amazing. I now know that I will only go on Fridays to see Dr Yu......

Its an OK place. Some staff are nice, others are rude. I wont be continuing with them, however, because Dr. Fishberg is very rude...at least for those trying to decide on a pair on contact lenses they like. Ive been wearing contacts since I was 12 and Ive never been treated like a child by an optometrist, until now.

They dont care if you are waiting for over an hour after your scheduled appointment time. Glasses are overpriced. Will be the last time I go here. Why go to a place where they dont value your time?
