Okay, for the discounts and great deals on cut-and-dry eye exams, this place rocks. Just dont come in early or expect your appointment to exist if youre running late. I learned how to put in my first contacts here and the employees are very nice, however completely overwhelmed with work. Theres always 10 people trying to talk to them at once, when, in reality, the "waiting room" really only holds about 3 folks. Dr Kuhn is accurate and attentive, but efficient. Get in and out... Unless youre waiting your pupils to dilate.

Staff seemed unorganized. I have insurance through Costco and was told I could not keep my appointment because paperwork was not submitted in time. I called the mission valley Costco optometrist and was admitted without hassle later that same day. I dont understand what the problem was but I will not be going back to Morena and I highly recommend the staff at the mission valley Costco.

Saw Dr Lee as Dr Kuhn was out of the office when I went for my exam. But Dr Lee was fabulous! Quite affable knowledgeable & accommodating. The reception staff was also accommodating & helpful as well considering how very busy they were assisting incoming patients. Will go back there again for my next eye appointment.
