We have been coming to this veterinary clinic for several years since it is within walking distance of our house. We have been delighted with the service since Dr. Rosete took over the practice. They have expanded their hours (to Saturday mornings) and services (to include grooming). The veterinary services are top-notch. Dr. Rosete and the team take time with our fearful geriatric dog. When our dog developed a kind of neuropathy -- losing his balance, walking in circles with his head cocked -- Dr. Rosete carefully considered the options and possible treatment paths, consulted with other vets, and called us at home to see how he was responding to the treatment. That all cleared up quickly and on a recheck, she came outside to the parking lot to watch his gait while on leash. We have been very happy with the service here, and Dr. Rosete is also careful to explain all of the charges and discussion options.

I have had my own cats and dogs for nearly 20 years and also directed an animal rescue for 5 years. That is to say I have interfaced with many, many vets in my lifetime. Dr. Rosete is at the top of my list. Not only is she skilled and knowledgable, she is also very thorough, kind and thoughtful about the needs of each individual patient (animal). She takes to time to correspond over the phone or via email when needed. Her staff is also great. They always remember both me and my babies when we walk in the door! As the mom of a dog and two cats I have brought to her for care, I would recommend her to anyone in the Bay area!

Dr. Rosete and the staff at Quito Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. I bring our two cats and our super rambunctious dog to Dr. Rosete, and they have received excellent care. The staff is careful to send reminders and make follow-up calls, and when our dog had to see an emergency vet after an injury on the weekend, Dr. Rosete made a follow-up call to see how he was doing. It really meant a lot to our family that Dr. Rosete cares about our pets even when circumstances forced us to see another veterinarian! I also love that Dr. Rosete and staff dont overbook the office, so you are in at your appointment time.

I expect my pets veterinarian to be professional and competent,and Dr. Rosete is both those things. What sets QVH apart is the attitude of the doctor and office staff. They know my pets needs and value my time. Appointments are scheduled when convenient for me and the staff is ready when I arrive. Whether it is for a bath (spa day) or surgery, my dog looks forward to seeing the doctor and technicians, and that makes me feel comfortable leaving him there. After any procedure, I receive a follow up call to ensure that all is well. I would recommend Quito Veterinary Hospital to anyone who values their pet.

We are so thankful that when Dr. Collinson retired a few years ago that he found Dr. Rosete. She provides the best care for our dog Lucky and has been treating him since he was about 8 months old. She always takes the time to explain everything to you and has a genuine rapport with her patients - both the humans and the animals. We trust her and her amazing staff completely that they will always have the best interest of our dog. She and her staff love what they do and we are thankful for them and all their hard work and exceptional care!

We brought June here (Husky mix), and they were super nice and helpful. June really liked everyone and the prices were very fair. We were able to have a free first visit and they were not pushy at all (some Vet clinics give you a free visit and try to charge you for a bunch of nonsense once you get there, but we were able to politely decline any medicines we didnt agree with). We brought June in for a small rash she had on her belly, and although they could not diagnose the cause I thought the treatment prescribed was very fair.

We had been going to Dr. Rosete since after Dr. Collinson retired. Dr. Collinson couldnt have found a better doctor to take over his practice. Dr. Rosete has so much passion for her patients and her work. She is also very personal and always take the extra time and effort to answer questions and address concerns that I had of my cat. Her staff are also wonderful and had always took very good care of my cat. Especially Kim and Kara whom I interacted with the most are fantastic.

They have such care and compassion I was so grateful I found them. The doctor called to check on us on a regular basis. The first time we met them we had a dog in pain and they acted like we had been going there her entire life. Doctor kept us informed and walked us through every step of the way. We never felt stupid for any questions we asked. She talked to us like we were her first ever patient. We recommend them highly, especially if you want great service.

Ive been coming to QVH for decades and absolutely love the team. Dr. Rosette is awesome and she along with the vet techs all care about the health and well-being of my pups. I recently moved to the East Bay and STILL travel to SJ to bring my fur babies to QVH because they receive the best care and are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend QVH to anyone who is looking for a dependable, honest and loving vet hospital.

Quito is wonderful! Dr. Rosete is fabulous and always thorough, knowledgeable , and informative. Care is great for check ups and also when there is something bigger going on. She answers all my questions without rushing through the appointment, and really does seem to consider multiple perspectives. The front desk ladies are super nice and professional, and always remember my cat Sam! Glad I found them!

Dr. Rosete takes great care of our two cats. One was severely overweight. Thanks to free weigh ins and recommendations for food our cat lost a lot of weight and is doing much better. Dr. Rosete also does not give any vaccinations that are not necessary. Shes sent me several times detailed emails summarizing care recommendations after appointments. She provides great service and so does her staff.

First time here was great. Every other time wasnt as good. Rude and sloppy service. I go in regularly to get my cats nails trimmed but they forgot to trim a couple nails the time before last. The last time they forgot a lot more nails. This place is over priced. I could get sloppy service somewhere else for a fraction of the cost. I wont be coming here anymore.
