Jackson is over 20 years old and hes still going strong, thanks to Dr. Barboni and the upbeat, caring staff at Marin Pet Hospital. Jackson has been a patient of MPH his entire life and over the years they have provided excellent care for him for everything from routine check ups and minor flair ups to traumatic events, such as when he was struck by a car in 2002. A fractured pelvis and a broken leg kept Jackson in the hospital, unable to walk for over three months. Yet, miraculously, he began walking again just days before he was to return home. During that time, the staff did everything possible to make his recovery and his time away from his family as comfortable and as pleasant for him as possible. They became his second family. Dr. Barboni has always been highly professional yet warm and and engaging as well. What I value most about the care weve receive at MPH is Dr. Barbonis thoroughness in explaining what is wrong, what the options are and confidently stating his recommendation as to how to proceed. This fostered a sense of comfort as well as a sense of assurance in going forward with a particular treatment. Dr. Barbonis integrity and his sense of fairness have always been at the forefront of our conversations. Marin Pet Hospitals track record with Jackson speaks for itself in terms of their capabilities and their competencies. All of these things combined are essential, in my opinion, in a doctor - whether it is for my children or my pets.

I have taken both of my dogs to Marin Pet Hospital for several years and love all of the doctors and office staff. We have had many reasons to bring our dogs there, foxtails stuck in the throat, overactive thyroid, seizure disorder, blown out knee . . . you name it, we have had it! Dr. Barboni and the rest of the staff always treat us like family and are careful to give our dogs the best care yet not over do it, I never feel like they are recommending treatment that isnt necessary. They are truly out for what is best for the animals and it shows.

My cat Trixie is in the best hands possible at the Marin Pet Hospital. The doctors are gentle and attentive, and they provide outstanding care. Dr B has the most amazing manner AND he always tries to find the most economical way to give treatment. Having gone to other vets in Marin only to receive terrible life-endangering advice, I wont go anywhere else now. These vets are the best. Great follow-thru. Highly recommended. A++

Over more than 20 years, Marin Pet Hospital has been there for our family, which has included 5 dogs and 4 cats (not all at the same time!). They have kept all of our pets well, immediately responded during emergencies, and treated our pets (and us!) with kindness and empathy when inevitably weve had to make end-of-life care choices. They are as important to us as our kids pediatrician. Thank you, Marin Pet Hospital!

Marin pet has been fair, honest, and gone out of their way to make my pets and I feel like family. When I come to the clinic Dr. Barboni picks up my baby(my doggie siena) and squeezes her like it is his baby. I drive over 40 miles and pass many veterinarians along the way just so I can be assured my little lovies get the best medicine available.I have lots of faith in Dr. Barboni and crew.

After 20 yrs. of bringing my pets there they were rude and unprofessional. Refusing to cut my dogs nails if he does not have an exam. He is healthy and is having no issues that require an exam. There is no law mandating that an animal needs an exam to cut his nails. Just a way to rack up the vet bills. Numerous people I know have left Marin Pet Hospital because of very poor service.

Fantastic hospital! I have been a client for many years and have always been very impressed with the level of care they provide. My pets are always happy to come back and the staff dotes on them like crazy. With as many pets as I have, its a life saver to know that I have a vet that provides top notch care at a fair price. Dont know what I would do without them!

5 Stars is too low of a rating. These guys are AWESOME! Always there to answer questions and help. I am a very conservative,frugal individual when it comes to tests or Xrays and the staff always works with me to get the best care for my Lab!

The staff is wonderful!! The care that our pets receive, is outstanding! We love, love doctor Leggiere! Cant say enough good things about her and the whole office!
