I didnt get my test results back until I repeatedly called the office, It was an important one because they asked for a repeated chest x-ray because they saw something on it. This wasnt the only time. I couldnt my test results. It is either that the office staff isnt given enough responsibility or that the Doctor hasnt made it a priority. I was treated for a chronic lung condition with inhalers and nebulizer and Oxygen nightly and she would not list the condition as COPD, which means Medicare doesnt cover some of the medication. One of the items would cost me $315.00 for one inhaler, Yet when contacted by the pharmacy to have her change her diagnosis to COPD she refused. The medication would have been covered had she done it. The term COPD is: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease...What would you call my disease? I found the staff friendly and the Doctor friendly so this is just about the quality of care. I cant recommend this doctor as a Primary care doctor

I had Dr. Curtis as my primary care doctor for many year. Shes the best. Unfortunately, after she joined St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group, it became impossible to see her without jumping through a series of increasingly bizarre hoops. Take today, for example, when I tried to reschedule an appointment. First, I was on hold for 15 minutes. Then, I selected a menu choice for leaving a voicemail and was put back on hold, waiting to leave a voicemail. After 10 minutes of that, I was done. Its time for me to find another doctor.

This is probably the finest doctor I have ever seen. She is an OUTSTANDING diagnostician. Back in 1993 she diagnosed me with Hep C when all the male doctors said my symptoms must be in my head. I am so grateful to her. Today I am finally free of the diagnosis due to the new drug Harvoni. She is also an excellent referral source. She has my unequivocal endorsement.

I need the e-mail address to Dr. Curtis office to make an appointment. When Im out of the country, I cannot call the doctors office. The office phone recorder to specify the avenue to which menu is not possible from Japan. The message menu will not pick up the 1 for doctor, 2 for patient etc. from Japan.
