The front desk OLD LADY was a complete DB! Very rude to customers. They pre approved our insurnance to the max so they could try and make as much as they could. When my wife went in for her first teeth cleaning. they told her that they are only going to take xrays then have her come back for another appointment to get her teeth cleaned?? So they can charge for 2 appointments. When she got her teeth cleaned the dental assistant said she needed 15min to finish but will have to reschedule her to come back in to finish because there was another appointment waiting??? Then the dentist told her that she had 3 cavaties, but after our insurance approval came in, they billed us for 7 cavaties...and told her she really had 7 cavaties??? MONEY HUNGER CROOKS. Im sure that is what paid for the plasma TVs in all of the rooms.

The care and attention to being the best is striking from the moment you walk in the door. Ive been to the dentist a lot in my life, went through braces and many cavities. The experience that Ive had a Phillips Family Dental is exceptional, I felt comfortable with the staff and the diagnoses. Everything was explained in very specific detail and then that was followed exactly, this method really helped easy any amount of anxiety. My most recent experience at Phillips Family Dental was the installation of a crown, not only did they take extra care to make sure I was comfortable but the match on the crown to my other teeth is amazing. If you are looking for a true family that will take the very best care of you, then you need to visit Phillips Family Dental.

Phillips Family Dental is the best of the best of dental practices in the area! Dr. Phillips and his ENTIRE staff are professional, courteous, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable in regard to caring about the health of my teeth. It is ALWAYS a great experience to visit the office, whether it be to have my teeth cleaned or to be fitted for a crown. The staff takes a personal interest in me (and my family!) and is continually concerned that each visit is my best ever. Best dental care weve ever had! Dr. Phillips is by far the most knowledeable, caring, gentle, meticulous, and personable dentist my husband and I have ever had (were in our 60s). His professional skills are top-notch--best crown work weve ever had. He has absolutely excellent assistants (thank you, Rochelle and Lisa!), hygienists (thank you, Carolyn!), and office staff (thank you, Marcia and Katrina!) as well. Modern, clean office with the latest equipment. Appointments on time. Most skilled dentist weve ever had--so glad we found him.

While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, I love the staff and the results at Phillips Family Dental Care. Carolyn is friendly, gives good advice, and very personable, and she always does a great job. Dr. Phillips is a great guy and has the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. The receptionists are wonderful and prompt and the office has the most up to date dental equipment. I definitely recommend Phillips Family Dental Care!

Happy mouth, happy me The front office ladies were very nice, I could talk to them comfortably. I got in to see Carolyn right on time and she made me feel very at ease and explained everything she did. I have had some bad stains on the back of my lower front teeth for as long as I can remember, and after my cleaning they were gone. It was a very good dental experience. Great job guys.... cant wait to come back.

Dr. Phillips and his staff always have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor which can put one more at ease when having a dental procedure for the first time. I feel very well taken care of at Philips family dental. I`ve been going to Dr. Philips since I was 7-8 years old. When I was a kid it was Dr. Loyd Philips, now as an adult it`s his son who I see. In the twenty years I`ve known the Philips, from a regular cleaning, to a minor filling, or even a root canal, I`ve been well taken care of. Thanks.

Great dental office! Dr. Phillips and his staff make me feel extremely comfortable and provide excellent service, which is important since getting my teeth worked on is not my idea of fun. As Good as It Gets! Going to the dentist is surely not my idea of fun - but Dr. Justin and his staff always make the experience as good as it gets. Everyone is providing a great atmosphere, the schedule runs on time, and the treatment is great with soft touch and using modern equipment. 100% recommended!
