POOR----Not Fair!!!! You need to read this before you go to the office. This office is "very dishonest, misleading and disreputable". I went in on a KTAR advertisement. I paid $900 for periodontal work. I was told I had to go back in three months and three months later they called me to tell me they had to reschedule for two weeks later. I went in two weeks later and I was told they had an emergency and I wouldnt be seen for 20 to 30 minutes. When I was seen it would be another 30 -40 minutes for my appointment. I was taking a class and had a paper due so I could not stay. You are right,....., "the lady who did the financing was extremely short, rude and condescending." I think her name is Carla. When I told her I had to leave she told me, "No one else ever complained". I took it as though this is regular practice if they have to tell other patrons that it will be 20-30 minutes before they are seen....... Kelly said, "she pretty much said bye and walked out of the office ahead of me, like she had the same conversation many times before. I was promised on the phone that I would not be paying for anything but retainers, is it wrong of me to expect to get what I was promised".......YES, THEY HAVE CHEATED CUSTOMER MANY TIMES BEFORE! READ THE REVIEWS. " I will be letting everyone know of my experience to save them the hassle." It is unfortunate that we had to experience money out of pocket. I also notified the National Board of Dentistry.

Honestly, I think this guy is amazing and I am so loyal that I still go to him after having moved all the way up to Anthem! It takes me like a 1.25 hour drive each way, but the level of care and comfort and quality of work I get there is amazing. About 2 weeks before I got married (which was 2.5 years ago approximately) I got an INSANELY painful toothache... In 2 parts of my mouth. Turns out I had my wisdom teeth breaking into my mouth AND a tooth nerve was dying... Had to have a root canal and have my wisdom teeth pulled.... And somehow schedule it so I looked and spoke normal for my wedding but wouldnt have to reschedule or miss my honeymoon cruise to Alaska which had been booked 6 months prior. They were amazing and worked everything out perfectly so I was able to enjoy my wedding and honeymoon, and they did what was necessary to minimize any risk of dry socket or other pains or complications from the procedures. They won me over with that situation, and I couldnt recommend them more highly. I have been using them ever since, and have gone probably about every 3 months for teeth cleaning / periodontal therapy from their hygienist, Jerry. They keep the atmosphere very relaxing, and the advanced technology they use in their practice is top notch and they will use it to show you whats up with your teeth and educate you about how to keep your smile for the rest of your life.

Hands down the WORST customer service from a dental office I have ever experienced. I saw an ad on AmazonLocal and called to clarify some questions and concerns I had. Upon calling, the receptionist Clara started to go into some costs of the Invisalign program. Upon my questions to clarify the wide range she quoted me ($4k-$7k) she reacted in an extremely unprofessional and condescending tone. She kept pushing me to come in and tried to backtrack on the cost of the procedure. My concerns were simply to have idea of how the cost breakdown would be. She then HUNG UP ON ME abruptly. I called back and asked if we were disconnected and ONCE AGAIN she was very rude and tried transferring me to another receptionist but without surprise, all of the office lines were occupied at that time. WOW for a potential revenue generation of $4k-$7k she really dropped the ball and I WILL NEVER give my business to Dr. Zamanis establishment. I feel bad for the Dr. because he has no idea his front desk girls are treating potential new patients like this, especially after he runs an ad on AmazonLocal to drive in more business (most likely focused at new patients).

Lets first be clear. Dr.Zumani now practices in California but he used to have an office in Gilbert, AZ. Dr.Scott Condie has taken over the office. However the staff remains the same which is the problem. Once inside you will get the feeling you are buying car..... the same fast talk, throwing numbers around that never seem to be what was agreed upon. They go after your insurance money like a shark feeding frenzy. As medical professionals they manipulate and scare you into procedures that are not needed. This staff is ethics challenged. My daughter went in with immense pain. She was diagnosed with needing an upper root canal. They do not perform that procedure..... but they couldnt let her just walk out the door without spending some money. So they talked us into a periodontal cleaning. She left in more pain than when she arrived. Finally she had enough and stopped the treatment. On the way out the door they tried to sell her a $40 mouthwash!! Stay away from Dr.Condie and his staff....

I have been going to Dr. Z for years now. Was recommended to him by a friend. Always had fears about seeing the Dentist and dread the appointments. But all that has changed since I have seen Dr. Zamani. Very gentle dentist that does amazing work. He has done numerous dental work for me and all have felt and looked great. He is very honost and knowledgable. Been very happy with him. Have referred lots of friends to his office and all have been very happy. Just recently after I found out that he can help people with headaches and migraines referred a co worker and she is having amazing results-already eliminated all her pain that she has been suffering for a long time!! His hygiene staff is also excellent-they care enough to call and remind me that I am due for my appointments and explain things very thorough. Very high tech office. Thank you Dr. Z for all that you have done throughout the years.

Dr. Zamani & his staff are incredible people & top of the line when it comes to dentistry!!! They have thee most warm & welcoming staff and environment Ive ever experienced as a patient. Because I had such a horrible experience at a former dentistry office in California, I decided (halfway through an implant/crown) to drive all the way to Az to come here (twice) and they exceeded my expectations!!! Not only were they friendly, they were concerned about my comfort (gentle yet thorough), as well as making sure I received the very best treatment possible. Jerry is an exceptional dental hygienist that is beyond educated in his field, as well as Emma (who is incredibly warm & friendly, and Dr. Zamani, well thank you is not nearly enough, but thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Every patient should go to Gilbert Family & Cosmetic Dentistry...if not, youre truly missing out :)

I live in the west valley and drive all the way here because the staff is AMAZING. Every time I go in everyone remembers me and remembers things about me. I definitely feel welcomed and comfortable when Im there. They also take in consideration my financial situation. They do the best they can to help me get the best care at the best cost. Because of that I truly feel like a valued patient. Jerry is my dentist and he is AWESOME! He is always smiling and so nice. Whenever its time to see him again I look forward to it. When I first went in a year ago, my teeth were not the best. He has definitely helped me get them where they need to be. The whole time he has never criticized me or scolded me. He has always been positive and helpful and makes me feel good about going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and see them.
