I was met with a polite and friendly greeting by the receptionist as I walked into the office. The dental assistant, Dr. Levi and dental hygienist all introduced themselves with friendly greetings and smiles. Thank you for explaining different treatment options and your explanation of procedures and the interpretation of findings. I was made to feel that I was in good care by the professional, customer-focused interaction with all in the office. This is so important in health care. Ill be back! Again, thank you. I have a LONG history of disasters from previous dentists so naturally, dental appointments are terrifying for me. My husbands company was doing mass layoffs in the beginning of May, so we figured I might as well max out our dental benefits just in case the inevitable happened. Unable to get into my regular dentist in Santa Monica. I decided to call Dr. Levis office hoping that on the off chance they could literally fit me in at last minute for a cleaning that day. To my surprise, they could (within 1-2 hrs)! I also had told them with this being a last minute appointment, I wouldnt be able to find child care so I would be bringing my 1 1/2yr old son with me. They were more than accommodating and in fact encouraged bringing him! We showed up to the appointment and they were on time, very professional and friendly.The cleaning was as pleasant as a cleaning could be and the hygienist didnt seemed in a hurry to finish and get onto the next appointment. She also made sure she took breaks if I needed to sit up or whatever.Overall, I was very impressed! I had the pleasure to get to know Dr. Levi . She was reassuring as I was scared.I needed 3 fillings replaced !!! However, Dr. Roya Levi is very professional and was understanding of the fact I was scared of the drill. Not any more !! Since I have had 5 fillings replaced now and cant wait to have my teeth whitened. Dr. Levis office provides excellent care. They get you in in a timely matter and direct billing is A major plus+ Thank you!!

The main reason I have always disliked going to a dentist's office is because I had never met a truly gentle, patient, and understanding dentist. I did not however realize all that until I met Dr. Roya Levi. In my search for a general dentist in Santa Monica, I stumbled upon Dr. Levi's practice and was pleasantly surprised. Every aspect of Dr. Levi's office - cozy waiting area, attentive and knowledgeable staff, and high-tech equipment - helped me gain confidence in an upcoming dental experience. Meeting Dr. Levi took away my fears entirely and made me relax as she totally won my trust with her warm, sincere, and confident demeanor. I was not disappointed by the cost either. It was actually a bit cheaper than I expected. Extremely satisfied with the experience, I will certainly recommend Dr. Levi to my friends and come back (hopefully, not too soon ;)) myself.

I had made an appointment with Dr. Levi a few months ago for a check-up (a friend of mine recommended her to me). However, an emergency situation - a sudden terrible pain developed over night - made me call Roya Levis office two weeks before my appointment time. To my relief, the receptionist (who by the way was extremely friendly and understanding) found an opening for me, and I was able to see Dr. Levi that same afternoon. It turned out that a tooth under a crown has infected, inflamed, and was aching terribly! After Dr. Levi performed initial treatment, I felt a lot better - pain-free most importantly! I had to come back for the follow-ups and those appointments were as great, but that first visit is something I will never forget! Thank you Dr. Levi for seeing me on such a short notice and being so competent and gentle!

I have gone to Dr. Levi for over two years now and not once I have had a bad experience. On the contrary - shes been extremely attentive, competent, and always very professional. Im glad that she is our local Santa Monica general dentist. Her stuff is nice too. I mean I go there regularly (b/c on top of a regular check-up every 6 months, i just got braces and need to maintain them and care for them a lot). She is always friendly and she actually fixed one problem that noone could - i had a cyst a while back and lost back two teeth (next to each other) a year ago and the bridge that was needed (i was not making enough money back then to afford implants) was a hard thing to do. But she did it and it looks like real teeth... Thanks so much, dr roya

After having not visited the Dentist in 3 years, I was nervous to find a practitioner near my office who could help with general concerns (TMJ, wisdom teeth removal, cleaning). Dr. Levi and her office were so accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Levi started off my appointment with a clear agenda -- by the time I left 1 1/2 hrs later I had X-rays to confirm I need a coordinated care plan for extraction, been fitted for multiple retainers, and 1/4 deep cleaning appointments scheduled. This office gets the job done!

Shes honestly the most caring and honest dentist I have been to. She really got me serious about my dental hygiene in a way that no other dentist has. Prevention is key and Dr. Levi prides herself on this concept in oral health -- at the end of the day it saves your teeth and pockets!

LA dentist offices outside of Beverly Hills are usually cold, lifeless offices with dull staff. This place is the complete opposite. Warm and inviting. With a great, calm, and caring staff. Roya, and her assistant Louie are both fantastic. Thank you both again!

Dr. Levi and her staff were so professional and kind! They made me feel safe and cared for. Dr. Levi even pulled up my Xrays on the monitor in front of me and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Great dentist. The office staff is also great; I have never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointments. I also like that Dr. Levi provides her cell phone number for weekend emergencies.
