We met Dr. Bremer three years ago this fall. We had decided we were going to look for a new vet for our 9 year old Chi/Doxie, Max. Max was a rescue dog for us when he was five years old. We found Dr. Bremer after coming out of a Trader Joes and noticed the Arobles clinic in the same parking lot. We decided to go check it out To our surprise Dr. Bremer had just taken over the clinic that particular week. We were delighted to meet him and his Mrs. who was helping him for a while. We decided on the spot after talking to him for a bit to make Maxs first appointment. It was a pleasure to not be going to a harried and overly busy and overly expensive clinic in our local area. We never had to wait more than five minutes for Max to be seen. Dr. Bremer treated Max for a 2 week episode of kennel cough, twe dental cleanings with the loss of several teeth, the usual check-ups and booster shots and a couple other episodes that I dont remember now so we have gotten to know him and the staff pretty well. Sadly, just four weeks ago we agreed with Dr. Bremer it was time to put Max to sleep. He couldnt walk anymore, now in his 14th year and with a crushed disk. Dr. Bremer stayed with us and talked quietly to me during the final procedure while I stroked and talked to Max. We have another little chi/doxie. Her name is Molly. She is 7 years old and she will be going to Dr. Bremer for a long time. The staff is small and very caring and attentive at Arobles. We trust them with our dogs implicitly.

Dr. Bremer is kind of a superstar. My dog, Rocky, has a heart murmur. His heart has enlarged. From everything Ive read his days are numbered. I switched from a nearby animal hospital because they refused to continue a prescription after his doctor left her practice at that location just a couple of months after hed been examined and diagnosed. More money was the name of the game. They were good enough to transfer medical records after a few calls. The people at Arboles Animal Clinic picked up the ball and their care and accomplished ability to remember Rockys name and condition has been impressive. Dr. Bremers care and compassion has made me a customer for life. Rockys time is clearly limited; hes been prescribed a medication that will ease his life. Its a class 2 narcotic that requires regular written prescriptions. Dr. Bremer provides the written prescription monthly without additional charge or complaint. He regularly asks about Rockys condition, and just today reassured me that quality of life is the key. If you want personal care - a staff that remembers your pet by name - Arboles Animal Clinic is for you! The prices are reasonable and they discuss them with you beforehand. Ask for Nate! These people are amazing. Rocky is the one of the left (photo below).

My experience at Arboles has been nothing but positive. I have hung in there while the hospital has changed ownership three times and am so glad that I did. Dr. Bremer is a keeper. He is attentive to the needs of my pets and treats us like we are part of the family. June, Laura Leigh and Nate are awesome…..always welcoming and compassionate. As my animals are aging they are needing more and more constant care. I call often for a word of encouragement or advice and it is always given freely. My prescriptions are always ready and waiting and they are always there for us. If you want to feel like part of a family where your pet will be, genuinely, cherished and cared for….youve just come home.

Dr. Bremmer and his practice have taken wonderful care of our dogs. We have a senior dog with the usual elderly ailments and a puppy. So between the thyroid regulation and puppy shots and spaying, they are handling it all for us. The staff is great and the dogs like them very much. So do we!
