Good medical care. Caveat emptor on the charge, however. I was told that since I hadnt yet met my deductible, I would have to pay $99. This seemed reasonable; when Ive forgotten my card at Urgent care near my home, Ive been offered a flat fee of $125 to be seen. So $99 seemed in line with that. What wasnt clear to me was that this is a down-payment. The final charge for the level 3 visit for my sons conjunctivitis was $450. This includes a $100 surcharge for evening and weekend care, as I went in on 6 pm on a Monday. This was a bit of an eye-popping sum to me. For reference, I had a yearly physical with my doctor recently for which $200 was charged. Regardless, the $450 was then discounted based on their agreement with my insurance company to roughly $182. If you dont have insurance, would it be similarly discounted? Is there a flat-fee option for the uninsured? This is definitely something to check out before you visit Venice Urgent Care.

Im leaving 2 stars to be kind, as the clinic is clean and fast however I was misdiagnosed and had to follow up by going to another doctor 3 days later after paying $100 out of pocket when they also advised me I may get billed more later, even though I have full insurance. The male nurse who tested me for Strep was not doing his job and I had to suffer through 3 more days of night sweats, sore throat and illness at work (verified this with the current doctor who prescribed me a course of antibiotics). I even called them to give them an opportunity and when I spoke with the receptionist yesterday she told me, "there is nothing we can do and if you want to come back in its another $79". Medical attention should be about the patient and their health which Im afraid was not the case here and would agree with the another comment about it being a scam.

This place is fantastic! I had a horrible migraine so I decided to give Venice Urgent Care a try. I was in so much pain I couldnt even see straight! As soon as I walked in the staff took me to a room and the doctor was in shortly there after. They gave me a pain shot and medication right there in the office. The doc was super knowledgeable and the staff was so nice and professional. They explained my insurance benefits and walked me through the entire process. I have never had such a great experience at any other medical institution before. I was so impressed. Then to top it all off, they even called me the next day to see how was doing. Excellent customer service, top notch medical care, convenient and affordable. Thank you Venice Urgent Care!

Polite and friendly, both staff and doctor. Relatively fast as these things go. However, my (formerly) 3-star rating is that when I needed a urine test, (1) they didnt provide any instructions as is normally done, and following these can be critical, (2) upon *asking* for sanitizing wipes to follow the instructions I know from other doctors offices, I was told they had run out. What kind of medical facility runs out of these things? UPDATE: After notifying the clinic of this problem, the owner personally called me, apologized for the glitch, and said the staff would be educated. He also will compensate me $100 which I think once the insurance kicks in will make my visit free. Live and learn they did, taking exactly the appropriate action.

This is by far the best medical institution Ive been to. They greet you warmly and put you in a room right away, no waiting around. The doctor is intense but super knowledgable. I had to get staples in my knee and he saw I was being a baby so he slowed down to talked me through it. Removal was literally a ten minute process start to finish, super efficient. I will be going here for any further accidents or medical emergencies. Really really great place. A+

Took my son here near 7pm with an ear infection. No wait. We were seen my the doctor promptly. Most conveniently, they had an option to buy the antibiotic directly from them. Im sure I paid more than at a pharmacy, but the convenience of getting to avoid an extra stop with a sick child was worth it. Super nice staff and doctor. They were very transparent about costs at every step which was a nice change of pace for a medical office.

This is the best urgent care I have even been at. The staff were amazing, the wait was only 10 minutes or even less. The manager was super helpful and very very pleasant. The doctor was super vigilant and extremely nice and professional. It did not feel as a typical urgent care, I honestly felt that I was treated at the best private care. I would highly recommend this location in case of any need.

This place is awesome. Definitely the best clinic Ive ever been to and quite possibly the best doctors office of any kind. The staff is friendly and professional - from the doctor to the receptionist, and I was in and out and taken care of in no time at all. I wish I could use this place as my primary care.

Great place! They are extremely friendly and accommodating. They offered me and my friend, who were not even patients, bottled water in the waiting room to make us feel more comfortable. They seemed to care about the patient and the overall experience. Need more urgent cares like this around.

Just great! Dr. Gruber was great, as were the other employees and the nurse. Saved me a trip to the pharmacy and I got my antibiotics right there. Clean, quick, wonderful service at 7PM on a Friday night as I was suffering and scared about the weekend coming. Very good experience.

Best experience at an urgent care I have ever had! Very quick waiting time but both the doctor and nurses took their time with me explaining procedures/diagnosis. Not only that, they gave a follow up call the next day to make sure I was doing ok, thanks Dr. Shapiro and staff!

I have to admit they said they couldnt verify my insurance and made me pay upfront - which was odd - but I received very quick and good care. They even had the medications I needed which saved me a trip to the pharmacy.
