Not much to say staff is very unfriendly Dr Patterns messed up my knee they took away my medication. I cant even get aspirin here despite that my ailments are severe like broken bones in my neck. Melissa Delamora refuses to give me an MRI of my neck and another doctor had to do it because I am supposed to get them regularly to make sure that its not debilitating even worst. She says it a waste of time then its how about we just give you some needles. That is there solution to everything needles!! This place is a circus there is no friendliness here nobody listens to you and when they do they are not helpful. I have found a new pain management believe me there are far better ones then advanced. I would not spend my money here not even if you paid me to be a patient. I have sent all my friends to other pain managers I wont send them here. I have gone through three medical professionals here that includes Stephanie Maurbach who made a mistake with my records, Ana Leza who lied to me and finally Melissa Delamora who sees me for 30 seconds every three months and is the far from helpful. No compassion not an ounce of helpfulness and they are not very thorough where you cant get X-rays, MRIs or medication to save your life. My primary has had to do advanced pain managements jobs because they wont help me so she has had to give me pain meds and testing. Renowned Health thinks that Advanced is nothing more then a joke and this is coming from another medical facility who has five star ratings. You will never seen Advanced get five stars anywhere that is because they are failing a majority of the patients they are currently seeing! To many complaints and if this review allowed me to type more I have plenty of things I could state that you would find disturbing about this place!

So this is an update to my experience with Dr. Nirizzi at Nevada advanced pain specialists. I have been going to this place for over three years. I went in on so much pain medicine that if I took that amount today I would probably die. My pain was so severe I had no life. Here I am three years later and I am working to get off another medication I dont need anymore because of Dr Nirizzi. The staff is patient because remember we are one of thousands of people that need help with pain. I thank GOD everyday for these people. It is not easy for us who are in pain and this office understands that. We must also participate in our own recovery. Try and be patient because if its possible to be helped Dr. Nirizzi can do it!

Take it from me from cervical fusion to stroke DONOT go toNo Dr. Neuresies? has terrible patient repoir I think Im about 10 credits shy of being a qualified as he is just because they say theyre under that isnt look look into a questionnaire reason start by finding another doctor or seem to have a God complex and question everything they do they do the same thing every patient which is not probable cause me more pain and increased my pain level over eight months doing everything you asked me and Im worse off than I was nerve of lateI could go on anon but basically find another doctor question everything they say and look at look into before doing everything does the idea is to do is maybe he can

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been a patient for close to 3 years. I went in with no hope, on lots of pain meds, limping and was using a cane part-time. My pain levels are so low now and I have my life back. No cane, walking, swimming and much happier. Thank you Dr. Patterson and ALL!

Dr. Nairizi has been a very good doctor. Ive been with him for 2 years and he is always kind and caring. He tries to find ways to control pain beyond medication and has a very sweet demeanor. The staff has always been kind and helpful.

Did nothing for my pain. Told me that they have me keep coming back just to get my money. Would not recommend them to anyone. After hearing that I refuse to give them another dime.
