VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE!!! Ridiculous fees that they didnt even quote me on correctly nor gave me all my receipts after. They had me pay $100 deposit right before they were taking my dog, which they said was because I was new. They led me to believe it was for other fees other than what it actually ended up being for. My animal had a major emergency and I only had a certain amount of money which I explained to them. I made sure to keep asking about fees so I could cover it. The bill ended up being more so I had to borrow these funds. Well, after its all said and done I paid an additional amount of money that they never went over with me...it was over $500! If they went over everything I would have at least had the right info. I called the following day to go over things and have them mail me this additinal receipt that apparently they never gave me but they never did. Had to call again 4 days later and talked with a manager who basically made a bunch of excuses instead of apologizing and seeing how that was a problem for people so they could be more mindful. She even made an excuse for not getting this additional receipt, they never gave me there or in the mail 4 days later, with the person sending it can take a couple days and they have to take it to the mailbox! How silly! I live in the same town as this place! How does it take from Mon to Fri to get it even if they didnt send it for 2 days?! And why wait this long if Im calling stating that Im upset about what happened and never got this additional receipt with these fees they never went over me paying? Kind of funny how you dont go over it there and even now cant seem to send me this info and still make excuses! I mean come on. Our pets are our family and I do feel they take advantage of that because you dont want to have your pet in pain and not get the help they need. It was a Sunday and no other place was open around here so I was stuck with either having to wait longer with my pet in pain or have them take care of things and pay but I should have been told all the fees and not be made to feel like there was no other solutions that could be offered if I absolutely couldnt come up with the money. There were a bunch of things I saw when there, even with the vet I had, that I wont go over but I just felt even in the beginning of being there that it just seemed not right and in the end I feel taken advantage of because of my circumstances with my dog. I think its sad that places are like this especially when theres a lot of people just barely getting by trying to help animals, and you have places like this that will do this and then making excuses for this type of service. Its my fault for ever going here but its a lesson learned. Need to trust how I feel in the beginning but with my circumstances it was not an ideal situation. There was a couple nice ladies so Im not saying anything about everyone there and their character but unfortunately certain people and theirsystems/fees they have in place dont help the majority of people just trying to get what they need for our animals.

My animal family has called this place home for more than a decade. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for the doctors and staff at this amazing facility. I have been through every stage of all my pets life at this loving community and these are some of the most caring, dedicated and thoughtful people you will ever encounter. My dog Leo trusted his care to this facility for 11 years. My little pug Alice has been a happy customer here since she was a little puppy. My cats have only been here occasionally because their health has been so blessed. However, when my 21-year-old cat "Boots" reached the end of his time here on earth the people at Township where they are to help in his transition just as they were with Leos. They are amazingly compassionate and incredibly comforting in all stages of care. As someone who has been involved with this organization for a substantial period of time, I can say without a doubt that this is the place to bring your pet if you want the best possible care by the most compassionate staff at the best available value.

Our Dobe knows Dr. Capurro by Dr Paula and has been our vet for our Lady for over 6 1/2 years. She has been the most caring, compassionate and loving vet we have ever taken our dobes to. To see her with any other of the family pets that are brought in is remarkable to say the least. She gives 100% of her time, efforts, knowledge and is always ready to give you sound advice on your pets care. Excellent surgeon, personal experience with my dobe. I would give her a 5 star rating along with her staff. They are all FABULOUS, knowledgeable, caring and considerate. This is the only place I would take my dobe for care. Total trust for all staff within the animal hospital. So glad they are here!

Have been bringing my pets to Township Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have always had a wonderful experience there. Dr. Paula purchased the business a couple of years ago when Dr. Stafford retired; her patients are lucky to have such a well versed Vet on their side. We go in regularly to have my two little dogs nails cut, glands cleared and general checkups. The office staff and medical assistants are always welcoming and helpful. A great place to bring your beloved pet when they need care.

I have been bringing my animals to Township Animal hospital for years . Dr Capurro is the kindest most gentle Vet. She sincerely cares for the wellbeing of my 2 shelties and cat. Visits are thorough and all of my questions are answered. I never feel rushed. The staff at Township are amazing. Alex, Shirley and Ann have been there for years and treat me And my animals like friends while we are there. Township is a place you can trust for superior care and very fair prices as well!

Have been with Dr. Paula and her wonderful crew for a little over three years. We transferred our puppy (at the time) because Dr. Paula came highly recommended and the hospital is closer to home. A very good choice for us. We have never been disappointed in the personal, friendly, loving care our shih-poo has received. He is four in August and doing very well. Its nice when you can visit your vet and feel good about the experience not only for your pet, but also for yourself.

Dr. Capurro, or Dr. Paula, is a sweet, caring, and compassionate vet. It is easy to see she has a genuine concern about pets and their owners. Unlike other animal hospitals, Township does not just focus on getting as much money as possible from their clients. And they care deeply about preventative care, which helps keeps future costs of pet ownership low. I would not hesitate to bring my pets to Township Animal Hospital!
