I cant say enough positive things about Homeward Bound and the care they have provided me and my 14 yr. old miniature schnauzer. Although I live in Littleton, I make the trek to Arvada because of the excellent service and care that they provide. After visiting a number of other clinics for care, I immediately felt a difference coming here. All of the staff and doctors truly care and go out of their way to establish a feeling of calm and comfort. Dr. Leedom has been phenomenal in her support and sound guidance in providing the best care for Tucker (regular exams, pulled teeth, cancer treatments) while also ensuring that I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. She has even called me to check in after hours and during her vacation just to make sure things were okay. I know that I am in good hands here and highly recommend their services.

Homeward Bound Animal Hospital is by far the best Vet clinic I have ever dealt with. Dr Jeff and the entire staff are totally invested in the health and care of my very medically challenged Shih Tzu. They are caring, professional, and have a very personal touch. The clinic has a very homey feel to it as it is a converted house. The knowledge that Dr. Jeff has is amazing and he and his staff have gone above a beyond caring for my 3 dogs...especially the Shih Tzu - I cant imagine any other Dr/Staff would do as much as they have done for my animals I cant thank them enough! I would highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I love Homeward Bound Animal Hospital, Dr. Pfaff is so wonderful with my elderly (17 year old) cat. Most recently he needed to have some teeth removed, I was so scared when I dropped him off. They called an hour later to update me and then again at the end of the procedure. Every time I have brought my cat in, I always get a call the next day to see how hes doing. The entire staff at HBAH treated my cat as if he was their own pet. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants their pet to feel most comfortable during what can sometimes be a disagreeable situation.

I found myself in an unusual situation. I had adopted a young mini pig and who knew she was pregnant!?! We had one lone survivor and i was looking for a knowledgeable and caring vet. I came across Honeward Bound and instantly felt the compassion they have for our fur babies. I brought my little guy in and they did a full work over. They dont discriminate on species, breed ect. Debbie and Dr. Jeff are AMAZING with both pets and owners. I am so happy to have found them.

We drive nearly an hour just to see Dr. Gerlesits. Weve known him for years, and if he decided to move out of state, we would consider driving there too! Nothing but amazing experiences over the years. Thank you for everything Jeff. And to everyone looking for a Vet and youre tired of animal hospitals wanting to run tests until youre poor, you dont have to worry about that here. Theyll do whats right, and necessary, but never push a service on you.

We had to put our Boston Terrier down. Being a former veterinary assistant I wanted my dog sedated before euthanasia and called around to several vets. The doctor and staff at Homeward Bound were the most caring and loving I have ever met. They made the experience much easier and peaceful. The doctor gave us ample time to say goodbye and reassured us we were making the right decision. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Homeward Bound is the best veterinarian clinic I have ever used! The staff is very caring, loving and compassionate. They are interested in you and your pet and welcome you with open arms. I have told my family and friends about this place and they have since switched to this place and have been very pleased. PLUS their prices are less expensive than my previous vet!!! This place is the best answer to affordable and great care!

Dr Jeff is the absolute best vet! He is so good with my pets, has a great bedside manner, and he has a real weakness for pugs (theres a picture of a pug dressed like George Washington hanging in the lobby). Its a small, country vet setting, but dont fooled-- hes very knowledgeable, communicative, and has assisted on many surgeries (including my pugs hip). Hes out of the way for us, but worth any drive.

We always have a great experience when we bring our little poodle Rex and our big cat Whoopi in to see the staff at Homeward Bound. There are closer vets to where we live, but we trust and appreciate the care our pets get here. Their prices are better than some other vets weve gone to, and their followup phone calls always make us feel like they really care about our furry family members.

Homeward Bound Animal Hospital is by far the best place to take your animals to. My two cats see Jeff, I cant express enough at how amazing he is. We have been going here for over 4 years. Over the past two years I have had the worst luck with vets. Coming here was the best decision Ive made!!! All of the staff is helpful and genuinely caring. I appreciate the time and effort they have put into my Pyrenees/Bernese mix and also with putting up with me being an overbearing puppy mom. I highly recommend taking your pets here :)

My dogs a rescue and is nervous around people. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and were really great with my pup. He wasnt even afraid going back in for booster shots the next trip. So glad I found such a wonderful vet clinic to help make sure my dog stays healthy.

The best animal hospital in the metro area. Not only did they figure out what was wrong with my cat, after several others vets got it wrong, they didnt charge me for half of the procedures they did. They were friendly, caring, kind. I wont bring my pets anywhere else now.

Dr. Jeff is an amazing vet! I drive all the way from downtown denver to see him. I have a mini pig and he is so informed about her. I never have to worry about Penelope being scared when I take her in. Both of us love the staff and treatment we receive from them.
