They will steal your Money. I signed up for a 6 month package they talked me into for a lower rate. About two months into it, I found a new job that was too far away to have the time to come into the chiropractor before they closed. I realized this wasnt their fault so I let my membership continue, thinking it would be cancelled after 6 months ended, it didnt. I ended up paying for 8 months before I called them. I found out I would have to cancel my membership myself, it didnt terminate immediately. So I had only used 2 months of an 8 month service I had already paid for. I asked for the last two months after the 6 months ended to be refunded to me. When I really could have asked for the last 6 months to be refunded considering I wasnt using the service at all. Not only would they not refund me at all, after I had submitted the cancellation, it came back and charged me AGAIN the following month. I have wasted a total of $350 and time and stress out of my life from calling and trying to deal with them. Would really have liked to have set that money on fire instead of allowing to be in the hands of another greedy, inhuman company. ________________________________________ Now that I have had a phone call with the Regional Manager (phone number out of Hawaii) He has agreed to refund me 3 months. HOWEVER, this came after he accused me of not having any accountability for my own actions. Which I had already clearly stated in my conversation with him that I had accepted accountability for not having cancelled my contract (which is falsely advertised as 6 months but actually never ends), but was asking for a refund regardless of this contract due to the fact that yes, I had made a mistake, I should have paid closer attention to what I was signing, because giving me a refund would be the human thing to do. I have taken nothing from them or their business, and they have collected on my error. Not only that, but he accused me of not having accountability for my own actions, AFTER he had already told me that TONS of people have had this exact same problem. Are you kidding me?! TBD on whether or not I receive the refund. Thank you sir, for the insult and wasting 20 minutes of my work day on the phone with you.

I have been seeing a Chiropractor for a few years now and have found I need to stick with it to keep my body happy. At The Joint – Arvada, you will know after your first visit that you are in great hands! The doctors at The Joint are very easy to talk to, do not employ any high pressure tactics and take care to explain the benefits of chiropractic care in a way that is easily understood, especially to someone that has never had an adjustment. Being an avid endurance mountain bike racer, my body takes a beating on a regular basis. Dr. Sean at The Joint took the time to create a personalized approach to my care that catered to my chosen sport and my body’s response to racing and the chiropractic treatment. After each adjustment, I leave feeling clearer in the mind and right with my body. My body feels in line with itself and lighter with no pressure. After a few treatments, I noticed an improvement in my posture and feeling more energetic, especially during mountain bike races. The Joint-Arvada is a well-run and very clean office. Treatments by Dr. Sean are excellent. He is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patient’s well-being. I highly recommend the doctors at The Joint – Arvada if you are considering chiropractic care.

Went online to find a chiropractor. Im in quite a bit of pain and in need of an adjustment. Got my intro coupon and left work a bit early in icky weather from Fort Collins to make it before they close at 7pm. Arrived at 6:08 and was informed that they dont take new clients after 6pm because of the paperwork. There was NO ONE else in the place. Front desk person told me I could fill out paperwork and come back some other time. No thank you. I told her that there was nothing on the website about not taking new patients after 6 and she said "thats because its a franchise." Assuming I would have loved the adjustment I got here and signed up for a year membership, so those 8 minutes were worth $105/minute to them.

Each week we are greeted by name and made to feel so welcome, no matter how busy the crew is! Jeremy is so great about addressing each pain/problem I have. Lindsay is awesome at taking care of each person that comes through the door. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. The Joints extended hours and quick service make keeping up with our busy lives so easy, and we feel better too!

I recently got a compression fracture in my upper back. The pain was unbearable until I started going to Dr. Sean. He was gentle and took very good care of me. I was scared at first because of my fracture but I have been seeing him for months now and it has improved my pain and my whole attitude! I never wait and they always know who I am when I walk through the door. This is the place to go! :-)

Dr. Sean is the gentlest yet most effective DOC I have ever been treated by. He’s helping me through recovery from recent shoulder surgery and I wouldn’t feel comfortable in anyone else’s hands. The staff is always warm and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean and inviting. Definitely worth the drive from Golden. If you’re searching for chiropractic care, this is the place!

Dr. Sean is a wonderful, compassionate person and an outstanding chiropractor. He understands how much the physical is affected by the mental, emotional, and spiritual. Therefore, when he does an adjustment, he treats the "whole" person, not just the joints. I look forward to my weekly adjustments, and always feel much better as a person when Ive been there. Ive seen 4 different chiropractic professionals, two were affiliated with The Joint and two were your traditional set-up an appointment type offices($$$). Dr. Sean was definately the best of these due to his willingness to listen and focus on any issues I was having.

I went for my first time ever to get adjusted yesterday and it was nothing short of incredible!! A full day after Dr. Sean adjusted me and I still feel relief. He released tension points I didnt even know were there! I highly recommend this clinic!
