On Monday, March 16th, 2015, Dr. Arthur Yagudayev from Emergency Dental Care USA (7500 E. Arapahoe Rd., Suite 202, Centennial, CO 80112). did a tooth extraction on me. On the next day, Tuesday, March 17th I was in a lot of pain (I took pain killers but they helped only for a short time). My cheek was swelling. I went to see Dr. Arthur Yagudayev. He checked my cheek said that everything looked okay. I went home. On March 18th my cheek became huge. It was about three times larger than the other cheek. I became more and more upset, and cried every time I looked in the mirror. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t go to work . From a nice-looking woman, I turned into a nightmare. I went in to see Dr. Arthur Yagudayev again. He said that everything looked okay. But it was obviously not! That night, I had trouble breathing because my cheek was continued swelling up. When I lay down to sleep, it went down to my neck, and it became really hard to breathe. I couldn’t sleep because I was in a lot of pain, and because I was afraid that if I lay down, the swelling would constrict my airways. I was afraid that I would not wake up. I considered going to the ER, but when your doctor keeps telling you that you are okay, would you go? I decided to wait until morning, sitting on my bed and crying all night. The next morning I finally went to the ER. In the Emergency Department at University of Colorado Hospital, I got a CT scan, and I was sent to the CU School of Dental Medicine. Whenever the medical staff saw me, they look at me incredulously, and ran off to consult with other doctors. The students were looking at me with curiosity and empathy on their faces. Everyone was waiting for the results of the CT scan. The CT scan showed that during the tooth extraction, a large piece of my jaw bone had fractured from my upper jaw and left inside my cheek!!! It had been floating inside my cheek for nearly four days! Dr. Closmann and Dr. Graham from the CU Denver School of Dental medicine along with their staff did an amazing job extracting that huge piece from my suffering cheek. The piece was 1.5 cm x 1 cm. Almost a week after my tooth extraction, the swelling has begun to decrease. Furthermore, Dr. Yagudayev put a lot of pressure on my face which left me with two huge bruises, one under the eye, and one on the left side of my jaw, but, like always, everything is “okay” for Dr. Yagudayev. Do you think that Dr. Yagudayev offered me his apologies? Nope. He called to ask how I was doing, and I told him about the surgery. He offered no apologies. Instead, he said, “If you need anything else, come again!” Not. Going. To. Happen. He does not feel sorry for what he did, and he is still seeing patients at the aforementioned clinic. This is not the behavior of a person that realizes his mistakes. I am writing to you in order to bring to your attention that he completely mistreated me as his patient, and acted completely unprofessionally during my treatment. I am not doing this out of malice, but only to protect other patients from him. We, living in the USA and paying money for our insurance, have a right to be treated professionally by doctors that work at “Emergency Dental Care USA.” Sincerely, Irina Alimova,

I had a fantastic experience at Emergency Dental Care USA. I went in with a very bad cavity that resulted in a broken tooth. The staff was amazing. They saw to it that I was comfortable during my whole visit, which is saying quite a bit for a dental visit. The Dentist and his staff were professional, courteous, and did a very thorough job of fixing my tooth. I have had issues with the tooth in the past, and been to other dental offices. I am happy to say that Emergency Dental Care restored my tooth to the best possible condition, and I have not had an issue since. As someone who has received poor Dental care in the past, a great dental office is invaluable to me. In addition to providing great dental work, it was quite evident that the Dentist and staff genuinely cared about the health of their patients. I felt like they treated me with the utmost care and concern, and was impressed to see that they cared just as much about the previous patients that day. Apparently, they had done an earlier procedure for an older man and the Dentist made sure the staff called him to make sure he was still feeling good as the pain medication was wearing off. I was very pleased with the service I received and will be using Emergency Dental Care for my familys regular dental needs. They were fantastic to work with, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and they made a stressful situation comfortable.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I work in a dental office and this is not the kind of patient care or customer service that should ever be provided. I took my brother to this place after his lower teeth moved out of place due to a sporting accident. I wanted to make sure he could make it through the night before I took him to his regular dentist, who was not available today. They charged us $120.00 for a PA x-ray. I was fine with that because I thought it would include a thorough examination. I was wrong. The dentist who saw my brother seemed bored and uninterested to begin with, did not ask my brother what the issue was nor did he inquire about his accident- nothing. He poked around in his mouth and asked "does this hurt?". After which he continuously offered to take a Panoramic x-ray which I knew was a costly x-ray without offering any real reason for taking it. He said he would probably refer us to an Orthodontist- which we said we were going to see tomorrow anyway, so we just wanted to know if he could help him with anything through the night. He seemed supremely annoyed with ANY questions we had that would help us make the proper decision. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK. PLEASE PEOPLE- THERE ARE BETTER PLACES OUT THERE.GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT THE NEED TO WRITE A REVIEW BEFORE TODAY.

I had a serious tooth ache. Dr. Salas removed it without me FEELING A THING. Two days later, everything was healed up (I heal fast.) So, I waited 30 days and can honestly say this was a 5 star experience. No problems at all and I feel really, really good having that tooth gone. Also, I understand that the one star review below might make you quiver because I read it before I went... Did that mistake actually happen to that person, or not? I dont know. But if it did happen, understand that THE BEST doctors in the world have had human bodies go south. Every one of our bodies are different. I can say that these guys do EXCELLENT WORK - this coming from a guy whos a bit dental-phobic. I didnt feel the shots and thought the tooth was still in my head during the gum sanitation process. They gave me an honest, fair quote on what its going to take to get my teeth back in shape. We waited less than 15 minutes. This was later in the day too. Excellent experience, have no fear.
