As a new client I went in for a check up and cleaning. They said I needed thousands of dollars of work* and a regular cleaning wouldnt work. They said I needed a sooper dooper cleaning. After three days they determined the cost for the sooper dooper cleaning would be $1400! I told them my insurance wasnt going to cover that and it would take several months for me to change coverage. I asked them to do a regular cleaning in the interim and they REFUSED! A regular cleaning would only make things worse. Imagine that. Cleaning teeth can be bad for you! They then sent me a bill for $124 even though no work was ever done. The icing on the cake is they are now sending me marketing material that I can get an Ipad if I refer them (yeah, thats going to happen). Yesterday I got spam from them, so the marketing never ends. These people are really into making money. * - my previous dentist who is older and much more experience said my teeth are fine. btw - None of my teeth or gums are bothering me.

I went in to get fillings, and when I got my bill they had coded it wrong, and my insurance says they dont cover the coded item. Funny thing is that up to root canals my insurance covers 100%. Ive contacted them 3 times and each time the receptionist says "Well have our HR team contact you" but then another bill comes in the mail over and over and over. Not to mention that I was supposed to receive a FREE exam, and it ended up costing me 80 dollars, when Im only supposed to pay 50. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentists office, and they didnt even fill the cavities I had, and now I have constant pain in my teeth. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Ill continue to contact you until you resolve the mistakes you made, but you will never get another dime from me.

We needed a dentist for an emergency situation (broken, front tooth) - they stayed open long enough for us to get in and get started. Came back for excellent, careful, and well-explained work. Everyone - front-to-back - is courteous, personal, and professional (and they even have a sense of humor!). Couldnt ask for anything more. Cleanings, tooth repair, etc. are all reasonably priced and they do a great job explaining options, costs, etc. I really like these folks!!

The procedure on my teeth is going great so far. I have a couple trips left, but so far so good. I am looking forward to getting the work completed and done. It is a pleasure to go into Highlands Ranch Dental, because the office is so nice and the staff are true professionals. They have this procedure that I am getting done down perfectly, so I am able to get in and out in a decent amount of tie.

Highlands Ranch Dental provided me incredible service at my dental visit. My 2 young boys had so much fun and felt very safe the whole time. The dentist and staff were creative, gentle and helpful explaining so much to me about the process for them. I had all my questions answered. They were awesome with my boys. My experience here was absolutely wonderful! I had dental fears and Jackie, my hygienist, was so accommodating and reassuring! I left with beautiful, clean teeth and I am no longer afraid to have dental work done. The Doctor was also fantastic and super sweet. All over, this place gets my vote! I received great service at this dental visit. They were on time and very pleasant to work with. The music that was playing was very nice and comforting. The girls were very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office was very comfortable and a convenient to my home. I will definitely be back.

This was such a nice dental office and it was close to my home. I was able to get an appointment time that I needed. I just had to go in for a cleaning and the hygienist was a pleasure to work with. She was very gentle and I had no discomfort at all. The whole staff made sure I was comfortable and all taken care of.

I had a wonderful visit to the dentist. They did an excellent job on the cleaning and exam. I needed help on making sure my insurance would be involved in the payment. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure they all all the information I needed and to make sure it was all taken care of.

They have a very polite staff. I was able to get the appointment I needed right away. i was nervous going into the dentist and getting my teeth worked on, but the dentist and assistant explained everything very well. I am very pleased with the results and the care they gave me to get through this.

My 93 yr old Mom had upper dentures made that were HORRID. The moment that Dr. Aleman saw them he said (in essence) OMG! He made Mom a new set of upper dentures that are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & she now looks like my Mom again! Dr. A & the staff are super!

Dr Hallinan is the most caring and sincere dentist I have had. For once, the dentist visit is a pleasant experience. Christina, the hygienist, is attentive and most sensitive to patient needs. Very nice office and a fantastic staff.
