My family has been going here for quite some time we have 17 years here in Colorado Springs. When I showed up today for my appointment, I thought I was covered under my insurance however, there was something wrong with the rollover and I was not. Leslie was fine with introducing herself, but then under the insurance verification part I dealt with Cassie. Cassie was rude and loud, stating that I was not covered under my insurance and that she could not see me today. Unless I paid $109 today for my visit. She kept repeating the fact, being loud about that I was not covered in front of other patients. I cannot believe that someone would be so Rude and condescending about the matter I will not be coming back. For a first impression I was not happy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roark for 15 years. In addition to the biannual checkups, he performed both the pre-op and post-op for my and my wifes LASIC procedure. My children have grown up with Dr. Roark and continue to see him by choice. While I utilize the Galley facility, my wife and children use the Eagle Eyes North facility taking advantage of the Saturday hours. His staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Roark and both the Citadel Vision and Eagle Eyes facilities for all your eye care needs.
