I am not sure what the experience the last person was talking about, about not mailing glasses??? I have been a customer there for a long time and have ALWAYS had the BEST experience there, even when they are busy. Each person has always remained professional, personable, and has always paid close attention to detail. All of our family (family of 4, 3 of us have glasses.) have had wonderful experiences there and they continue to care about each person that walks through the door. I have seen it with my own eyes on how they care and pay attention to detail, enough to even when your sick they have vitamins to improve your health. Both doctors are wonderful and truly care about your needs and all who work there are good people. Why wouldnt you go there, they are the ONLY ones who provide excellent customer service and truly care about your needs and who you are. What a wonderful place for the entire family. Our eyes are so important to each and everyone of us, Infact our family has moved out of state and my husband needed glasses due to a scratch, so we mailed the glasses to them and because they were under warranty they gave him new lenses and mailed them back to us Out of state. HOW WONDERFUL!!! Like i said they go above and beyond many other places and our family wouldnt go to any other place, even out of state.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I originally bought a pair of glasses and had problems from the beginning mind with them. The lady who did my fitting gave me a case too small and they ended up bending my frames. So I came back and the doctor tried heating them up and fixing them but they kept taking the old shape...so the other doctor ended up fixing them and they worked okay. Then my daughter broke the arm off this morning and I go in and they tell me they wont send them to warranty because warranty wont fix them. They didnt even offer to try to fix them themselves. In the past (at different stores) I have always had my glasses fixed or sent out and theyve been covered. When I got these glasses I was told if they get broken to come back and they will get me taken care of. Well surprise surprise Im left without glasses and my classes start in less than a week. They wouldnt even give me the number to the manufacturer so I can call myself. This place is a complete rip off, charge way more than other eyeglass stores, and are a waste of time. Also, my husbands safety goggles are already falling apart as well.. They probably buy jacked up glasses at a discounted rate and then sell them to customers at a high price. Go somewhere else!
