One day I decided to order some eyewear at the Citadel Mall location. Despite the fact that the store would be closing shortly, that he had other customers to assist & was also in the middle of training a new employee, Ken very patiently went over available options and helped me obtain the best deal on my eyewear. He followed up later as promised when the delivery date was a slightly delayed. Integrity & reliability - thats the secret to top notch customer service! I heartily recommend this store & expect to return in the future.

We got a vision check for 2 yesterday. We were out in about 2 hrs. They were extremely helpful during the test and signed off on my prescription quickly through their new "digital exam" method. Ken helped me select my 2 frames. I was told that I would have to wait 10 business days to pick up my glasses, so Ill see how that goes.

Outstanding service. Kristal did an outstanding job taking care of all of us in the middle of a rush. She is an excellent juggler and made me feel like I was the only one in the store when she was helping me. Im sure the other customers would say the same.
